When I come in, there are always employees standing outside smoking. There’s a tall, very nice gentleman in the drive-thru who always makes sure our order is correct, and I appreciate him. But it doesn’t feel fair that half the staff is outside smoking while others are actually doing their jobs. I feel like things would run a lot smoother if the whole crew worked together.

Sometimes this location is a hit or miss but today I had to ask the cashier her name because Tia was the bomb she made me feel very welcomed she wasn’t rude she smiled and laughed and she made sure my food was dropped fresh I just loved her energy thank you Tia you made my day better then it was before

I live right down the street so we eat here often! When I walk in and order everything is always correct and fresh, and actually the lady that took our order had great customer service HOWEVER every single time I go to the drive thru it order door dash my order is NOT correct, my kids are picky like everything plain and it's never plain. They won't eat nuggets with no sauce we NEVER get sauce! And for the life of them they can't read HERSHEY PIE on the receipt??? Because I have ordered one at least the past 4 times without getting it 😡. That adds up! Do better I run a restraunt and mistakes happen but Everytime is insane!

I ordered on Uber trying to get their new LIMITED TIME burgers and they sent me a LETTUCE WHOPPER. There was so much lettuce I was hoping to at least get a pickle, but it was just disappointment all around

I went through the drive thru because the interior was closed. There were two police cars and a tow truck, lights flashing. I ordered the new Barbecue Brisket Wopper, which looked good on TV, but it was very disappointing. I expected it to be piled with brisket, at least a little bit. I couldn't really see any, maybe there was a very small amount. It was not better than a regular Whopper. It certainly wasn't worth $8. I used to like Burger King, but now it's gone downhill a lot. Everything is too expensive and the atmosphere is uncomfortable and feels dangerous.
