The workers are Hispanic and the language barrier didn't help. We didn't understand each other, my food wasn't made right and when I asked for it to be fixed I was told I should've ordered it another way even though I asked for the food the exact way it's on the menu.

I always get a Rodeo cheeseburger, onion rings, and a drink and they make it a meal. At this location they said they couldn't do it and charged me almost $9 when I usually pay $6 and some change.

Went last night 4/3/25 and everyone got food poisoning. When I called to speak to the manager she asked me what I wanted. I man you to clean your store and confirm you don’t make anyone else sick. She really did not care at all.

ATMOSPHERE IS LIKE WE WERE IN A THIRD WORLD COUNTY. I have bought Food in this store for 29 years and for the last year, the service is less than expectable. Excepting Co. Coupons, regardless of date. And always gives senior discounts when ask. The last time for senior discount was denied. We felt like a castout in our own country when we want a meal we have bought from the 1968.
Literally best staff ever!!! I asked for my husband meal to be made fresh since he’s been in the hospital and has been eating hospital food and they made sure the sandwich was fresh and delicious and the fries were perfectly salted and hot. I appreciate you guys so much 🥺💙

Food is always good, but the staff is always slow as all can be. I ordered 5 items. 2 sandwiches and 3 sides. I say at the pick up window for nearly 10 minutes while watching 2 guys chit chat and the girl at the register talking on the phone between sort of taking orders. Too dang slow. If it isn't fast, then it's just food, and I can cook food myself.
