May 3rd 2025 I ordered a whopper off the broiler cut in half. when it was time to pay I asked if it was off the broiler she said yes. Once I got to my destination I unwrapped my whopper and the bun was hard and stuck to the paper. I wish I would have checked it before I drove off. Never again will I patronize this establishment. I don't see how they stay in business serving customers food like this

The pro is that the girl that waited on me in the Drive-Thru today was welcoming and it was a quick process (as I was the only car). She would NOT give me a receipt though. I ordered a frozen Coke and a classic melt. This was the worst excuse for a classic melt I have ever seen from any location. For starters a classic melt is caramelized onions with melted cheese (hense the name)( and the main reason to order it versus just a regular burger). Evidently they didn't want to take the time to do that and just stuck some cold uncooked onions and cold cheese on there. Rather disappointing as I was the only car in the Drive-Thru at about 1:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon, so it's not like they were even busier or anything. Just a lazy cook I guess?

Literally found multiple pubes in the sandwich. Called the store and the managers didn’t have anything to say, not even “sorry” or “oh wow” they just said they didn’t know who was working but maybe I should call again in the morning. I don’t even want a refund, I literally just want them to care about it enough to prevent someone else from getting hair in their food. There has to be a camera in there or something - if I was the manager I would want to find out which one of my staff members is a health violator before someone sues

I was very disappointed with my original chicken sandwich, I believe the oil was really old they fried it in, my chicken pattie was about as dark as a tootsie roll. I had stopped going there for a long time, for the same reason. It’s unfortunate, I use to really like that sandwich, when it’s made with fresh cooking oil it is very good.

There is no changing table in either bathroom for a baby. It would be very helpful for families eating there.

My family and I got there and the play area was not open. Waste of gas to drive there and then not able to go in the area for the kids to have fun on the climber. So we left. This website for Burger King need's updated because the play area inside was closed. Made me mad. Wasted gas and time. I only thought the play area was open because I saw the picture of it on the website for Burger King in Columbus on Sawmill Road. It's not open
