No receipt given. Expositor ticket didn't have the restaurant code number on it, so couldn't even complete the survey online. Tried calling the location. No answer. FAILOrder 8 piece nuggets for my kids. Got home and it was a 4 piece spicy nuggets. They don't eat spicy. I don't eat chicken. Kids screaming and hungry still won't eat em. Thanks. I'll not be coming back.

Got half my food wrong and then when I called to get it fixed they were super rude and hung up on me. Twice. Never going here again. At least McDonald's will be nice and fix your order if its wrong.

Ordered impossible whopper. Told them to add ketchup which they didn’t . Staff is so ignorant and the cash register girl was not listening clearly.

After it became law to wear masks...cashier at window wasn't wearing one. And when asked to speak to the manager, the manager put on her mask to talk to me...after touching food. Glad to know you care about public safety.

We came to this restaurant for dinner. my friend recommended this spot. Well, we were not disappointed. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we felt good. The meal was delicious. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Warmly recommended.

I work nearby here and would go here for lunch. I've tried many options and the last time I got a bbq bacon crispy chicken sandwich and honestly that make me so sick that I had to call off work the next day. 2 days later I still have food poisoning from this place so I will no longer be eating my lunch from them. EVER!

I would never eat a drive through fast food, and I haven’t in ages. WITH EXCEPTION to the impossible whopper. Bread a few veggies and the “meat”. It’s guilt free enough if the fridge is bare and you are in a hurry or don’t eat meat. I avoid meat regularly. It is what it is! The impossible whopper has its benefits.

It's cute you think I don't understand enough Spanish to know you're complaining about me five feet away. I was just trying to speak up for my friend who got short changed. Also, this is more Burger King as a company than this specific location, but spicy chicken on a brioche bun? Not a good combo. The booth seats are very uncomfortable, but the tables with just regular chairs were in the dark for some reason? Overall just an annoying experience. Also, the menu flashes way too quickly for you to be able to see the prices for things before it flashes to the next menu, which is a sensory nightmare.

I waited 5 minutes to order, then it took 20~30 minutes for me to get the food. Later, when I tried to eat my burger with my chicken nuggets, they forgot about my sauce, which I reminded them about a couple times. When I finally tried to eat my food, I thougt, "Well, since I waited along time, the food can't be bad right?" Wrong! The burger was not that good compared to other BK restaurants, and the fries and nuggets were obviously not freshly made.
