If I could leave no stars, I would. I spent almost 10 minutes sitting in an empty drive-thru waiting for someone to take my order. The man working the window either turned his headset off or completely ignored me trying to get his attention after 7 minutes of waiting. There were 2 cars in the parking lot. When I finally gave up and decided to take my business elsewhere, I can clearly see the man that was supposed to be working the window standing up against a counter talking to someone. I'm surprised this location is still open considering their employees seem more interested in conversating amongst themselves than providing any kind of customer service. This will be my last time going to this location. I'd rather drive the extra 15 minutes out of my way and try a different location.
Good impossible Whopper, the people working were really nice
Love that flame broiler. Makes them hamburgers stand alone. Also the new fries are great. And Burger King still has a great value menu
Worst Burger King on the planet. I went there this morning and they were out of sausage this time. I’ve been there before and they were out of burgers! Just ridiculous the place looks like it is abandoned and falling apart. Does corporate really not know about this dump. And to top it off the staff is rude.
No biscuits at 7:45 AM. No menu up for breakfast. I asked if they had muffins and the lady rudely said "that's McDonald's be have croissants." Um, okay maybe put up a menu and check the attitude.

Went through the drive through to get food no one answered the drive through after waiting I decided to go inside and they just said there not taking any orders you should be ashamed of your customer service skills.
I am never sure what I am going to get when I eat at a Burger King. My wife and I decided to try the "impossible"whopper, so we went to the Burger King just south of East Livingston Avenue on Brice Road. As I pulled up to the restaurant, a young lady employee was having a lengthy conversation with someone in the parking lot. As I pulled up to the drive through speaker, I was asked to wait. After waiting five minutes with no response, I started calling "hello, hello?". Finally, I got an answer a minute later. I then ordered two incredible whoppers and another sandwich. I pulled up to the window, and gave the employee a fifty, which caused the manager to run all over the cooking area. Flustered, she handed the fifty back and asked me if I had a twenty. I did, and the drive through employee said to pull up and wait. After another five minutes, the sandwiches finally came. We did eat the impossible burgers, and we're not impressed. They are good, but not the same taste as a hamburger. Bottom line - slow, inattentive employees, harried manager, okay veggie burger. In defense of Burger King, I have had good service at other locations, and their other food is good.
Honestly, I don't know why there were only 2 employees. They did a great job together. They really did. The place seemed kind of bummish. If I can put that politely. The service was great. It was just a little shady. It was very dark around the building. The food was what I expected. Fast food to me doesn't happen to have all the flavors one could hope for. To me, it tasted as my assumption predicted. It tasted like what I ordered. But, it was served well and with a good smile from an African American Lady there. That made the experience more enjoyable. She was very nice.
The impossible whopper is a great addition to the menu. BK welcomes back us vegitarians with a homerun. Another great option. Thanks!

I stopped in for a burger. Do NOT go here. Burger King, you should be ashamed of this place. It's falling down. Just tear the damn thing down and re build or be done with this location. No men's bathroom, no hot water or paper towels in the women's bathroom. Just a general mess!
This location looks rundown and half the time no one answers the drive through. Super sad as it used to be a super nice location. Do us all a favor and shut it down.
Not bad, food pretty fresh, drive thru was down, good service.
This has to be the worst Burger King in the entire city. I have given this location multiple tries to see if they have improved their customer service or food quality. Every single time I have been there, my food order was wrong if I ever even got someone to come to the drive through order menu. Waited upwards of 10+ minutes before at the menu for someone to address me and when they finally did, they were either out of the requested item or it was going to be a 20+ minute wait for food to be ready. I have always gone there around dinner time when they should have food readily available. Even attempted an mobile app order. When I pulled up to the drive through to advise them I was there to pick up my food, nobody answered. After pulling around to the window, I noticed 2 employees standing there, 1 of which was leaning on the counter playing on her phone and the other was standing next to the drink machine also on her phone. I tried to get their attention by knocking on the window and also honking my horn but guess what???? Nobody acknowledged me. At this point I had already paid for my food through the mobile app so I wanted to make sure I got it. The mobile app had informed me that my food was ready. After sitting in the drive through window for a couple of minutes with no one acknowledging me I pulled around and parked and went into the location. When I walked in both employees continued to play on their phones and never once greeted me until I greeted them. One employee informed that their drive through was currently down and had been for a hours but there was no sign on the menu outside for anyone to know. Finally I informed them I had placed a mobile order and was there to pick it up. They had no idea what I was talking about. I showed them the order through the mobile app and it was placed at their restaurant. They finally started to make the food but informed that they were out of 2 items I had ordered. They did not offer any type of refund or replacement item until I asked for it. At this point I had been waiting for my food to be made for a little over 15 minutes and another gentlemen came into the restaurant to place an order because he was unable to through the drive through. Customer ordered his meal and received a drink as well. He got his cup and went over to the beverage machine and they have one of the coke free style machines that you can make your own flavored drinks. (Side note, more than half of the flavors for the beverage were out as well). The gentleman who was trying to get his drink was an older person and not familiar on how to work the machine. He asked the employees to help him and both of them looked at each other and laughed and treated it like it was the biggest burden they had ever had. Reluctantly one of them decided to help and instead of going out of the kitchen through the door that was 10 feet behind her, the employee decided to jump over the counter where put both of her shoes on the counter and also sat her butt and slid across the counter where my food had just been served to me and was sitting on the counter. Very unsanitary. The employee got to the beverage machine and was very short with the customer, frequently cutting him off and not allowing him to speak. When I finally received my food, I was gathering everything up and the same employee that jumped the counter before, jumped back over instead of going around through the door. They also had a group of friends sitting in the dining room where they were paying more attention to them then the paying customers in the restaurant.
I ordered one of the pulled pork from there. When I got home it was a sandwich with 2 patties ketchup and a pickle on top. Never will go there again!
