The morning crew, which is ran by the general manager, is always very accurate and professional period tonight. The night crew had shut down their lobby pretty much an hour early so they can quote unquote, clean up which I know is against their standard operation procedures. Furthermore, walking into the store, it looked like a bunch of hyperactive kids just tore through it, it's dirty and disorganized.

Stopped in for breakfast at about 10a. Received warm greetings moving through the drive thru from both ladies. Ordered a BAC Croissant & apple juice box. The food was amazing. The sandwich was freshly made to order. The juice box was cold! The temp, taste, pace, and service 10/10. Thank you to the food service workers who come to work with positive attitudes. These are the workers who push out good, clean food and positivity to the community.

Whoever is in drivethru is cussing and doesn't know how to use the computer, told them 3 times for a mobile order, and kept looking for a different name. Then proceeds to argue with another employee over the headset. Corporate needs to come in and do a thorough sweep of their employees and facility. All happened after 6pm

I had a big order almost 50$ and it was only 2 men working today (11/13/24) and they got it done no attitudes, because customer service I've delt with coming to a Burger King. Great job you guys I appreciate you both.

I love Burger King and this store is quick, clean, and friendly. My food is always made right.
I ordered 2 trios and got none of the sandwiches I ordered.
The staff tonight was very friendly and patient, they have great service, I hope they continue like this.
