The manager was operating the drive thru 3-15-2024, extremely rude, pushy, order was wrong and when I said something she said “I didn’t have you down for that” and didn’t offer a receipt.

This location was a pleasant surprise. I had given up on Burger King generally because of consistently bad experiences at poorly run restaurants. I know I am not alone in that feeling because the Burger King locations have been disappearing all over the north side. We stopped here on a nostalgic whim and it turned out to be a good decision. We got Whoppers, fries, and onion rings and enjoyed the food. Service was good. The dining area was clean although we decided to take ours to go. The drive through was busy and the staff was really working hard and efficiently to keep up. Too bad the fries are not what they used to be, but that's old news.

I have never had a bad experience with my food. The Impossible Whopper is really good when you add extra lettuce to it. The nuggets are pretty average though. Drivethru is always quick or had no line.Vegetarian options: Impossible Whopper just ask for it without mayo. That is kind of it
Super friendly staff and even gave my son a toy... he was having a rough day that day. So batman and a crown put a smile on his face.

I ordered an Impossible Whopper and THERE WAS NO PATTY of any kind!!! Just the condiments!!! And I was charged for extra cheese that I didn’t order and didn’t get. The woman at the window acted mad that we were there. I will NEVER go back there and I will tell everyone I know to avoid that place.
Great all around just wish they had a baby changing table in the bathrooms.

Well... they used to be "have it your way" at Burger King. Special orders don't upset us. This location is new. But they can't get a simple order right. Strike three, you're out. Not coming back. Whopper w/ cheese, no pickles, no ketchup.. get home, pickles and ketchup. Next time... Whopper w/cheese and lettuce, tomato, onion ONLY. Get home...has pickles and ketchup. Tonight...same thing. Its on the screen correct. Cant tell about a receipt cuz they throw it away. And the number to calk rings with no answer to a VM that was never set up. Uh......yeah. It is 2023, seriously???

Very annoying experience… they forgot my two items of my order went back around the drive through and had to wait another 20 minutes just to get two SMALL ITEMS!!!! Save your time save your money…. This BK ain’t worth
