Burger king's are everywhere so why comment? Food is same? Not true but ok. Decor same...so why comment on this one? Its people. People make an environment. People make a moment. This particular BK working 12/30/25 afternoon shift made this day a special day of true people service for this rambling man. Kudos BK you made the a difference.

Just ordered through the app. The drive through line wasn't moving at all, so I went inside. Waited 20 minutes for my order. I didn't realize there were 2 items missing from my bag until I got back to the hotel. Service is horrible at this location and I won't return. The burger and chicken sandwich had been sitting there for a while and were cold. The chicken fries and French fries were fresh and good. The cinnamon rolls and bacon cheeseburger were missing from my bag. App orders should be the easiest. Do better Burger King.

Everyone going through drive through was parked for their order and my food looked like little plastic food from my toddlers play kitchen.

We walked into the store and it was open and clean. Placed our order to go, thought it went OK but had our doubts...which was correct thinking. Got home, 1/3 of the order was SMOOSHED into the bottom of the bag. The remaining order was MIA. I had the receipt, was going to take the online survey but NOWHERE on the receipt was a store number, address, no identifying store location. And I know it's been many years since I purchased a kid's meal, but isn't it supposed to include a drink AND that silly Halloween Scooby-Doo bucket? Proceed with caution at this location.

I went for breakfast and the service was phenomenal they lady at the window was so kind and I came at Friday morning 10am she deserves a raise. Absolutely loved how she handled herself and the customers like myself. She made our experience 10/10 and we will be back
