I pulled up there to check out burger kings new fiery fish sandwich. The Assistant manager "Big D" his tag read. He was outside as I pulled up, he went in seconds before myself, I walked in right after. He proceeded to take an order of a father and daughter. I was totally grossed out, I knew he was outside and NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS AFTER BEING OUTSIDE! I the food industry, sanitary is very important, especially during the various of viruses out and about year round since Covid Variant.I asked him about washing his hands, he became confrontational, asking me what did I see him doing outside. I clearly stated, it's not about what, why, you must wash your hands and glove up as the other workers. He kept asking me what did I see him do outside, I stated again, you walked from the trash area, you was outside and touched the door handles and its was you do in the Food industry. I Didn't get my fish, I walked out and hoped, that he didn't contaminate the father and daughter food which he bagged. My point, you didn't prepare it as he stated, however you still touched the food, by bagging it.Smh, at this location, nice and clean, just always bad management, it's never the workers, it management, this isn't my first bad experience here at this location.

I ordered a whopper with no cheese add mustard, medium fry, and medium diet coke.I got my food, as usual the sandwich is so messed up everything falls out onto the wrapper with no mustard of course. The frys were alright, they ALMOST always are. Now my drink.... I am a diabetic so I always ask for a diet drink no matter which brand it is. The tab is always pressed down for diet, which should indicate a diet drink. Right?... wrong. Every single time I stop at this burger King and I get a drink its never DIET... I cannot have all that sugar. And of course with the little tab pushed down and some misplaced trust it is NEVER DIET. I will never eat at this Burger King so long as I live. I will not end up in dka because someone doesn't understand Z E R O, D I E T, NO Sugar. I get one customer doesn't make a difference. But come on, even when you read the order back and when you hand it out the window with the verbal description of diet coke . It should be a diet. Even if it was the wrong brand, I would not care as long as it was Diet. Your whopper has 72 total carbs, sugars and added sugars combined. Your medium fries have 37 carbs and sugars combine. That's already so much.

They forgot the cheese on my cheeseburger!!...went back in, and the manager ( heavyset white lady with hand tattoos and a red ring around her mouth) says, give me the burger back and let me put some cheese on it. Takes the burger with no gloves, hands it to sandwich maker. Then she handed the same burger back to me. Terrible service, icky manager... Be warned!! I won't be back, and won't let my people eat here.

This is for the store manager or owner hopefully they see this, I came in at 11:55am 10/06/2023 to get a whopper meal and there was only 3 people so i knew there was going to be a wait, the guy in the kitchen working hard and another guy packing and doing drive thru orders working hard and there was this lady there that did not care at all about her job, she was being rude to customers when they would ask for something simple as a straw etc, dragging her feet around mean mugging people, there shouldn’t be any room for that at a place where people just want to go and grab some food, shows bad representation of who’s running the place i know you can do way better!
