Terrible customer skills and service! cant focus on the customers at all let 4 cars past while ignoring my order!
I don't frequent this brand often but when I do I come here. I've noticed over the years the service is typically very slow. After last night, a 33 minute wait with only 6 cars and then was told to park because it would take longer... I left with no food (I went to MCD and ate in 1/3 of the time with more traffic). For 15 years I've regularly visited several of the other restaurants on Hamilton and I rarely have these issues. At this point, it's clear the owners don't know what to do. I'll consider this establishment closed from now on. Just like the one further down the road that I stopped going to before it closed.

We have actually never been able to order from this location, we have tried on 5 separate occasions and they are always “out” of any item. Honestly I’m reporting them to corporate and the health dept for another review I have seen on here with moldy food. This location needs to close or staff be fired one of the two.

*TRIED* to go through the drive-thru last night (3/12/25) and I couldn't anyone to take my order. She took 3 orders in a row from one lane while completely ignoring the 2nd lane. I was probably waiting for 20 minutes, which seems ridiculous but I was blocked in by other cars waiting. I ended up driving off and not buying anything here. Very frustrating and I won't go back to this restaurant. Fool me once and all that. 🤷♀️

We tried to get some food last night (March 12) at 8:30 pm. Sat at the order sign for 30 min, so we just left, this one Is no better than the one on refugee and Winchester Pike that shut down.

They have never had a correct order on dash, they mess with the dashers time while they ask you to cancel the order. (contact support) these employees are a waste of space.

Today, Saturday, we entered this burger king, we ordered our order with my family, we sat down to have dinner and the staff did not vote for the place saying that they closed, so I don't understand why they served us, they didn't even close the door and more people attend and they voted for us, then we complained and they laughed at us
