Ordered a double Whopper with only cheese, lettuce and bacon. Went through the order twice. Had to throw half of my Whopper away because it was smothered with mayo. Too far up the road to turn back. So frustrated!!!

They didn’t give me my receipt so I’m not sure if I payed for a 4 piece cheesy fries that’s I didn’t get. The lady just kept saying anything else. The frozen cheery and coke was horrible. The chocolate shake looked like vanilla swirl

The food was just Terrible. Fries were cold and chewy. The burgers had condiments on the outside of the buns! You have to be really bad at your job or have a very bad management team to serve up that garbage and call it food. Overall just a terrible experience. I know that when I'm in the Grandview area I definitely will not be coming back there. The food was so bad that I threw it out of the window. Really someone in upper management should drive through that place and see. Negative 10,000 stars!!!

Modern and clean dining room with consistently great burgers. This is the only fast food place in the area where the burgers don’t look like they’ve been dropped out of a plane.

Just freaking terrible. Stopped in for a double sausage croissant this morning and it wasn't hot, wasn't even warm it was room temperature! Tasted like it had been sitting on the counter not even under a heat lamp for an hour. The cheese wasn't even freaking melted? what a joke
