Went here several times and I always get the same results. Always sucks. The lights to the restaurant turn off every day at 7pm it looks like someone took the lights out the bk sigh and looks closed. Went here for the first time in a while and they gave me the wrong food no big deal. I went somewhere else. I have given be my money they messed up. So I called them and they said bring the food back so I did and they said they wpuld make it over and I said no I want the refund. They said no! So I left and have never been back.

I love the energy the manager Tia I’ve came there a few times and she’s so nice and very calm when talking to customers and she gives a positive attitude and great service she always know what I want and there’s no problems with my meals and she always call me pretty and it makes me feel great about myself.

Exceedingly rude person on drive through. Refused to perform simple substitution other locations do, and needs to correct his tone with customers.
Burgers were completely doused in mayonnaise. It was dripping off of the sandwiches. I can only assume this was intentional as it was a disgusting amount.
One on south high is way better, go there.

I work next door and I go to this BK almost daily (literally) and its the best one I've been to in Columbus in a LONG TIME. Theres one manager in there..he's awesome. Always good food. When hes not there its sub par. That guy is legit tho.

Food and ordering are quick. Food is hot and delicious; orders complete and correct.
Clean, fast, and polite. Everything you could ask for. My go-to fast food place in all of Columbus. Never messed up my meal.

I used the drive thru but didn't open the wrapper until I finished my fries and this is what their big fish looks like? It was too late for me to turn around to confront them, they just lost a customer. I will be conducting business in the area next month and know where we WILL NOT be going, horrible, not recommending.
