My whopper with cheese was fine, but the frech fries were old looked and tasted like they were refried. They definitely need to check before leaving the drive-thru

nice employees everytime i’ve gone, fresh food and orders almost always right. dude that’s always working late nights is super quick efficient but also personable. makes me laugh n gives me great food when i stop by after work

My wife and I stopped by the drive thru and placed our order, the girl asked me to repeat my order and I did so. I pulled the the window to pay, and asked the young man to repeat my order and he told me and it was correct. Upon getting home, we ended up with everything but what we ordered. We ended up paying for a double whopper with cheese, no lettuce no onion and received a single whopper no cheese and with onion lettuce tomato. We ordered an original chicken sandwich no lettuce, got original chicken sandwich with lettuce, ordered medium fries and received small fries. Everything was cold. So instead of working to get higher wages, how about teaching employees to pay attention and start giving customers service!

I like ketchup on my fries so when I ask for some with 2 large fries & you hand me 2 packs each time I ask for more? You're getting paid to play this game, I'm wasting my time & gas. Please tell your employees to quit acting as if it's coming out of their paycheck...
