Disgusting. I came in at 12 pm to complete and utter chaos. They were rude, mean and didn't take orders correctly. The people at the back were cursing, the lady had to stop taking drive-thru orders, just because they didn't know what they were doing. They don't use coupons correctly and not even the manager knows what she is doing. This BK is a complete travesty. I'm honestly surprised that it is still open. I WOULD GIVE IT 0 STARS IF I COULD!
Update 3/11/2018: Since my original review, I have tried to give them another chance on two occasions. The first time, I placed my order at the drive-thru, and before I could get a total they said their system went down and it would be 15 minutes before I could order food. The second time, I was greeted by a sign in the drive-thru saying that I would have to come inside to order. Both were in the middle of the day. --------------------------------- As someone who has worked near this Burger King for 11 years, I will tell you this Burger King has been a trainwreck the entire time. It amazes me that it's still open. The last time I was there, they got my order wrong in the drive thru. Instead of getting a meal, they rang me up for just an order of fries. Upon pointing out the mistake, they added the meal, but left the extra order of fries on the order. I said I didn't want the extra fries. The employee didn't know how to take them off the order. Their solution was to keep the extra fries on the order, but leave them out of the bag. I had to park and go inside to get refunded. They kept my receipt after the refund, which prevented me from taking their customer satisfaction survey. In the past, I have been met with lack of products, no response at the drive-thru and the soda machine not being stocked. The 5th avenue Burger King may have a reputation for being a horrible place to have a burger, but this one is quite possibly worse.
I'm holding this place responsible for my future stomach cancer diagnosis.
Took forever for food and it was wrong and cold and there were no customers in the facility or in the define thru. Staff actually got an attitude when requested the correct food and fresh not worth the headache will go to any other BK but not this one ever again
I don't usually leave reviews but I was so disappointed with this location so I figured I'd warn others. I was deciding between Tim Hortons and Burger King. I obviously made the mistake of choosing this awful place! Once I arrived at their location I noticed the cook outside smoking. He quickly rushed inside when I pulled up. I seen that they had something new and appealing on the menu (Cheesy Tots) so I asked for that. The employee said they were out. Oh well. So I ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash browns. I got my food and rushed home. I noticed my hash browns weren't in the bag so I drove back up there and asked for the hash browns that I paid for. When I arrived I noticed the cook outside once again smoking. He then rushed inside when he seen me pull up. (Not the best first or second impression) The guy threw cold hash browns in the bag and sent me on my way with a very unfriendly "Sorry". The food was disgusting and tasted very old as if it was warmed up in the microwave then sat out for an hour. The service was horrible and I didn't even get a receipt for my order. Everything was just a big disappointment! DO NOT waste your money here.
