Burger King is whatever but do not go here those employees are nasty they dont care. Im telling you its gross this location is one that will be gone soon because they don't care.

The lady at the register was nice enough to tell the sandwich maker that we want hot whoppers, but, when I got home, 3 minutes away, it was cold,bread crusty, just trash!!! 07/25/20255:50 pm. Shut it down now!!!!

Ordered two of the brisket sandwiches and didn’t get the brisket on it. I also asked the the guy in the drive thru can I get it without bbq sauce and he said yes but they put it on it anyway without the brisket. They pulled me up to the door because they said they were making everything fresh but when it came out it was not.

Judy did an amazing job taking my order! She was polite introducing herself by name and spoke slow and clear. Its been a long time since i didnt feel rushed like i was inconvenience the order taker by giving my order!!! Tonya gave my food at the next windows and was really nice as well! These ladies are amazing 👏 I forgot to ask for a receipt so I looked this BK up on Google just to make sure they get some recognition! In a world that's in a rush and is always having a bad day these ladies turn it around and I appreciate them very much!

I ordered a double cheeseburger. They gave me half of meat and like four pieces of cheese half a bun. I didn’t eat it straight to the trash. Never going back

We were about to walk inside at 8pm, but an employee signaled us not to and pointed at the drive-thru. We got back into our vehicle and went to the first speaker, but it wasn't operational. We backed up and went to the other speaker, but whoever we had to wait a couple mins before someone started talking through the speaker. It sounded like a bunch of young people joking around and making weird noises, but didn't ask for our order. So we drove to the window and a young gentleman popped his head out and told us we had to back up to the speaker to make our order. We just drove away rather than deal with nonsense
What's a little disappointed when I got there and my food was not there nor had it been made. But the manager did make it right.

How is this place operational? Stopped by and the employees were walking around outside on their phones and no one was asking for my order while I sat in the drive thru. Sat there for 5 minutes and not a single word. Employees and management need to be replaced asap, I will not return until they are

I used to love this BK location. I bragged to everyone how excellent their breakfast was. I would go here once a week until last few months stuff is cold so I stopped until 2 weeks ago I came for breakfast and my sandwich was sooooo hot. I go to finally eat it and you can tell it was microwaved. I’m like wow that was disgusting. So last night I was starving after work and went through for a chicken jr and Hershey pie. My sandwich was hot on the edge but I bit into the middle it was mediocre warm and RAW!!!! I threw it out the window. The pie wasn’t even cold like it’s supposed to me. This location is going down hill. Where’s the manager that wasn’t all that personable but she ran her store right. Food was great but I never see her anymore. Too bad

Manager who took my order smelled so bad I nearly puked telling her my order. Got my order of cheesy tots and coffee and they were both old, stale & cold. Overall I'm pretty disappointed in the way Burger King has went down hill, since 2010. Nothing tastes the same , the prices aren't worth it & the service just sucks. Although I asked for a new batch of cheesy tots & got them. I really dislike the fact that any food and/or money was wasted. DEAR BK Corp...please bring back the recipes from 2009 & Get back to being strict on your crews hygiene &services. Appreciate you immensely 🫶

This has to be the worst Burger King I have ever stopped at and I rarely stop at fast food but this place took the cake no ice hot Coke my original chicken sandwich on a whopper bun not sure what is going on, but that was absolutely trashy 8$ dollars in the trash

We ordered the trio, with one of each sandwhich, the impossible whopper meal, and a mushroom melt meal, with extra melt. Paid cash, did not receive a receipt. Tried to call the store once we arrived home, but no one answers the phone. We were given multiples of the first order and had the impossible whopper meal left off. The cashier or expo person must have been tweaking. Consider drug testing your employees. Food and service in the past has been great. Tonight, the cashier seemed... confused. Disappointed in management ignoring the phone.
