This is our regular Burger King, we've lived here 5+ years, you can imagine how many times we've been here and gotten food from here. Well, this is the first time we've gotten food and I've been this disappointed in the quality. First, both of our whoppers had mushy top buns, we were literally bringing them home not even 5 minutes away, but still disgusting mush where I ended up throwing the top of mine away. Then we ordered 2 large fries, we got one but was charged for both. Usually they're better quality but this time they really dropped the ball.

What is going on they used to be so good years ago my opinion they used to be much better than McDonald's there is one Burger King on the outside of Lancaster they are very good never been disappointed very consistent

I ordered tacos. The word nasty comes to mind. When I got my order I asked for mild sauce. The cashier said they alteady have sauce on them, WHAT?? The taco was sort of crimped closed with something inside that was so spicy you couldn't eat it with the outside crust hard as a rock. OMGOSH!! Buyer beware!
