Very cool idea, but simulators are outdated and frustrating. If you're just trying to enjoy a relaxing night and swing a club, it's fine. But if you are looking for accurate and updated technology, you may be disappointed.

Service was bad we had to ask for plates for our pizza. Pizza tasted like it had been frozen. Lemonade was watered down. It was put out to early and the ice melted. Too expensive. Will not go back. It was a birthday party and my sister was overcharged $200.

Golf was ok- the simulators are not great, especially with tracking shot distance and short game shots.Pizza was really bad. It tasted like your average frozen pizza made in a toaster oven.The boneless wings were the worst part of all of it. Again, they were like small frozen nuggets from the grocery store drenched in off brand sauce. And $15 for 10? Just terrible.Will not be going back.

FOLLOWING UP based on their response. There seems to be a common theme to their responses to people saying their staff has been “harassed” which is code for, you called once upset about a deceitful charge or poor service. Twice if you count the first time they were called explaining the situation and trying to work a solution. Not really sure how that constitutes as harassment outside of us saying, ok well if you’re going to charge us anyway way “we’re happy to mask up and come on in!”. Only bad management or questionable business owners would respond with lies and attitude. “Let’s discuss the facts”- we were never given an opportunity to reschedule and whoever responded is flat out lying about there being a note about being able to reschedule. I have texts and emails, and again - the person who laughed on the phone was laughing because we said we were told someone would call to reschedule or be able to change plans and when we said It was assumed the text INDICATED what she’s claiming she offered in said text in her google response the woman we talked to said that the text never said anything to that regard. Their manager couldn’t even be bothered to call us to discuss over the course of the entire day, from the time they opened, or this would have been avoided IF what responder says is true, so maybe the team could use some work. The second girl also knew we would be calling from whoever we initially spoke to and funny, she didn’t mention anything about being given the 411 on rescheduling - just told us right off the bat that we had 24 hours to cancel (different, again, then the 48 so no one knows their own policies anyway). Speaking of gross, If telling someone that their business practices are disgusting and they clearly handled the situation in a deceitful way is harassment, then there’s a problem. A quick google search is great for that it needs to be defined-but it seems business responder wants to fluff a response to make a reviewer look bad instead of actually fixing an issue. It seems we dodged a bullet anyway based on the negative reviews, which speaks more then positive reviews which can be falsely created. Anyone who has half a mind can see through the majority of the positive reviews, I wish I had paid better attention.Charged almost $100 after called first thing when they opened to ask how we could do a work around since our group of friends tested positive for covid (all but one). Was told a manager would call me, and instead they just cancelled it when we got off the phone and charged us anyway-even though the whole reason we didn’t come anyway was to avoid getting their staff or anyone else sick before Christmas next weekend despite feeling mostly fine. Girl laughed on the phone to say the text never said we wouldn’t be charged when they decided to just cancel it.

Sadly, we didn't play because all the bays were full. But, we are planning another trip to play virtual golf because it looked so fun!
