This place is very unprofessional and they’re rude.
First off I went in for a “interview” they said it was a meet and greet on indeed. But when I went they barely told me anything about the job and the position then they offered me a pay that they were not advertising for then I get they job they said they was going to send me paperwork to my email never received it but I didn’t realize that until after I left & then they told me to call that following Monday after I got done with the paperwork so when I called someone answered the phone a non management team regular employee I assumed I explained to her that scheduling did not work with my other job and maybe I can start my training at night for these first two weeks bc I wanted to be professional and put my two weeks in at the other job and told them I never received no paperwork so they put me on hold and went and looked for the manager or whomever. She came back on the phone after like 15 mins and said that they wasn’t there and they give me a call back in two hrs. So as you guessed they never called me back so like a day went by I tired to call them back and no one answered I left a voicemail and no one didn’t call me back so like a couple days did go by and I didn’t call back bc I just assumed they were going to get back with me so I called them today to speak someone agian and they answered I spoke the person who hired me explain my experience these last couple time calling and everything like that and then these ppl going to tell me that bc I didn’t get back with or do the paperwork they moved on like what yall didn’t see me anything and I did call twice and talked to someone and then left a voicemail so what are you talking about and she kept on calling “my friend” I don’t know who the heck that is lol. But moral of the story don’t try and work there and also the place was dirty like the lobby area and they had bucket with a spoon in it for ice it just a mess I am honestly glad bc I dove a bullet. And also they’re food is not well prepared or that good.

this is my second time having a issue with them this week. the first time they forgot my chicken in my order and then this time they gave the portion of a half salad when i paid for a full, i won’t be back

I cannot say enough about this place! We are having a 50th birthday party for my wife for around 50 people and I wanted to stop in first to try the food before I placed an order. From the moment I walked up to the counter an associate was very helpful and kind! She gave me the catering manager’s info for help with placing my order. I reached out at 7:30am this morning w/ the intent of leaving a voice message. But Nicole answered!! I was shocked and even apologized for calling so early. She said “no problem”, that she always answers her phone! She promptly placed my order and we are good to go! I highly recommend this place!

i get to the store after driving 30 mins @9:50 to purchase a dubai chocolate cup and the ingredients were literally on the counter (i’m watching her put it aways as we speak) and she said oh no sorry we just put it aways lol (short indian girl) she said it so bluntly like please get out of my store we do not feel like providing services the last 10 minutes of being open… she didn’t even offer an alternative.. i will never come back to this location again!!

I have gotten this location about 3 or 4 times now. I dont know why I keep trying but I never pass up a cafe zupas. I travel for work and these are only in a few states but the other locations taste so much better. The strawberry champagne vinaigrette at this one is always off. It's too thin and more of a vinegar taste than the other locations. My soup had absolutely no flavor at all. I am highly disappointed. I always order 2 salads so I can have one for the next day but this location always let's me down. I wish they could get it right.

Wife and I staying at a nearby hotel and decided to get takeout. Found this place online and decided to give it a try. OMG...what a surprise find and our new first choice when staying in Columbus. Everything was unique and perfectly executed at a very very fair price. Crazy good quality and a spotless restaurant.

Cafe Zupas is amazing. The pick up two combo gives me many options of soup, salad, and sandwich, to choose. My servers are always excellent serving me several soup samples. Everything tastes good with a free chocolate strawberry and roll.
