Excellent service...very very friendly staff...a bunch of young winners mostly ladies from what I gathered my 3 experience so far but all winners and hard workers at this location made my dining experience very comfortable that's the staff as far as the food all the soups I tried so far are close to my father's level and only I and a few blessed ones will ever know what that is.....also this place has the best strawberrys dipped in chocolate and the staff sorts the strawberrys so you always get a freshy!!!!!

First time and also last time. I had a pickup order from here. I got double grilled chicken and they only gave me one scoop it looks like. How are these prices even real at what they give you? The chicken also looks and tastes like the frozen Tyson grilled chicken smh....how is this company still in business?? Wild...

This was my first time going to Café Zupas and it was absolutely delicious. We were able to sample the soup before we committed to a bowl and the sandwich was amazing. The employees were the friendliest I think I've ever met in my life and my picky friend loved it as well!!

I placed an online order and for whatever reason it didn’t go to the system to print. When I got there one of the associates said it would be ready soon. Christina (DM) grabbed the iPad and pulled it up for me. She gave me a free drink for the inconvenience and expedited my order. She made sure every customer waiting was helped and had every employee grabbing a task. In a world of nonexistent customer service, it was so refreshing to have her help me today!
