Great food, service, and amazing staff. Great little gem in Easton!
Nordstrom Café is the ultimate go-to! The staff? Top-tier. The vibe? On point. And yes, it’s in Nordstrom, but don’t sleep on this place—it’s so much more than a “store restaurant.” The burger is next-level, the French onion soup hits all the right notes, and those fries with aïoli? Game-changers. Pro tip: grab a daily cookie—they’re ridiculously good.
What a great meal. Took parents for lunch. Honey Dijon Cobb is fantastic. Turkey Club is yummy with tomato and avocado. My father said the crab Mac n cheese was delicious. Manager, Manny came over and chatted with us to make sure everything was great. Nordstrom Bistro is one of our favs. If u want to spoil yourself. Order the bread pudding-‘off the charts’ thank u Nordstrom Bistro team!!!!

I don’t know where these other reviewers eat but Nordstrom Cafe NEVER disappoints. Quality ingredients every time. Probably the best Caesar salad in Columbus. French dip is always on point. The Asian salad (add salmon) is great as well. The pasta pomodoro (add chicken) is one of the best high quality ingredients in Columbus. ALWAYS get the lemon cookies if they’re there. The lemon cookies on rotation and it’s hit or miss if they haven’t run out. We’ve had all the Cameron Mitchell Italian restaurants and they could learn something from Nordstroms chefs. The Nordstrom pasta is always cooked correctly. Hidden gem for sure.

Horrible customer service tonight . Employees had us waiting at counter to place order for a long time. Not to mention the line of as long behind us with other customers waiting . It seemed like everyone carried on what they were doing and did not bother to ask us if we were attended to. Woman working there were passing us by and not even looking at us knowing we have not been helped. Unprofessional, bad work ethic, and again horrible customer service . When I asked for a manger employee advised me one was not available . One of the male waiters had to place order and did not know what he was doing - but at least he helped . By the time I got my salad it was missing ingredients. . I didn’t bother to say anything because I was at point of being past frustrated ! At least my friend loved her food !

So I’ve heard good things about Cafe Bistro’s lunch. So we decided to go as a a large group for their Christmas Breakfast special. The bottom line was that it was awful. They had three main courses, one of which they ran out of by 9.30 am. The veggie frittata was decent (I’ve had better in other places), the scrambled eggs were dry and poorly seasoned. The kids Belgian waffles were clearly store bought and reheated with chocolate chips and cream placed on top. It felt like I was eating at a hospital cafeteria. Very disappointing food. The service was good, the manager had promised us a table for 9 when I called the day before and he honored that.

Ordered an $18 shrimp scampi pizza from here and got this miniscule thing back. We had a tape measurer on hand so measured it and it wasn't even 10 inches. But going to another Nordstrom bistro, I got the same exact order and it was 2x as big, at least medium size. I even have a photo to compare what I got here and at the other location. Then, when coming in to inquire about it the 2 ladies at the bistro were irritated and dismissive of me even asking, and I didn't come up rude. The woman at the cash register was nice and said to her knowledge it could be to be 10-12 inches, but when I ordered i only saw that for the cauliflower crust which this was not. I feel honestly disrespected as a customer because nearly $20 for this?? I dont understand why there isn't consistency between literally the same restaurant. Y'all should specify that in the description. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not bother with this location, the service is poor.

food taste was good but long hair skinny server guy hates his job. he spilled the water but i have to get up and clean my table. terrible service for easton
Being told they have the best french onion soup in town is false. Not only was it disappointing, it was served cold, semi warm. All 3 at our table ordered this soup and they were all cold. We sent them back, of course the arrived after the meal had arrived at our table. and it was OK. It was not good, the place was not busy. However the waitress was very nice. But for 100 Bucks - I do not recommend this place at all
The food there is delicious! Especially the French onion soup! Oh! And the Creme brûlée! There are so many good options on the menu; would definitely go again!
I’ve had THE WORST experience here. No one answers the phone … I’ve left 14 messages that I know of… not a single phone call back. We spent $600 + on a tailor made outfit for someone in my wedding. She told me the pants would be in in two weeks. She was going to hold the pants until the shirt came in: when the shirt came in she would call us to come in and try on… shirt was expected in 10 weeks (making it July 10th ….. here we are a week and a half before my wedding… STILL NO OUTFIT …. STILL NO CALL BACK. Turns out the order was never sent in… I had high hopes for this place… I am not impressed and there is ZERO customer service. Now my best man in the wedding doesn’t have an outfit to wear. Keep in mind we ordered this 17 weeks before the wedding….
