I was invited by a friend to come out for dinner and drinks. I am allergic to shellfish, but in most seafood restaurants there are alternative options. Also in past experiences, I was able to request food to be prepared in separate oil due to my shellfish allergy. The light skinned female manager (didn't catch her name) stated that the kitchen MAY NOT be able to do that Because they already have their oil prepared for the day they cant change it (it was 8pm). She said sorry without giving me any other options. She continued to attend to other customers at the bar, and when our server Nini came back to check on us, she noticed that we still didn't have any food. I let her know that the manager never responded back WITH CONFIRMATION FROM THE KITCHEN whether they can prepare my food in different oil.Nini immediately got the manager again. The manager said No they cant do it, as if I was bothering her. I don't know if that was a real answer if she even asked the kitchen since I saw her serving customers at the bar. I asked what other options do I have, and they suggested for me not to eat anything. Therefore, I had nothing to eat and was starving. I ended up getting two drinks and they did not discount it for my troubles or help me in any way. I will not be returning back to this restaurant again!

Food was horrible! Took forever to come out. Everything came out one at a time. Food was cold and you could tell it had been sitting. Everything tasted weird, the food, the sauces, everything...hoping we don't get sick! Calamari didn't even taste like calamari! The waitress was TERRIBLE! She took forever to do everything and kept making an excuse for why she didn't come back for 15 minutes at a time. Even had to go track her down after she said she'd be right back to take payment for our bill after we waited another 15-20 minutes for her!The atmosphere was nice inside the restaurant...neat looking place, clean bathrooms. Only good part about the place. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Service okay. Food was good but hard to crack the crab since it’s in the butter sauce. They need to have crayons for kids to draw on the paper. Will try again. Nice atmosphere.

The food was good, and the price was very reasonable. They have handicap parking and ramps.

My husband and I were in the area for his birthday and decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed overall. When we sat down, we noticed that the lights were flickering on and off pretty consistently--almost like when something was turned on or off they flickered. Hard on the eyes. We started with the gator bites--which were REALLY good and the dipping sauce they are served with was great! The boil itself had really good flavor-we both got the house special sauce (he mild and I medium). Both of our crab leg clusters were ICE cold and somehow seemed very overcooked. Also, my shrimp were very overcooked and the texture was super rubbery and grainy textured. My husband's mussels were good, the sausage I got was good and the veggies were good however the main star of the dish (the crab) was super disappointing. We were in a hurry to return home, so we didn't have time to wait for another to be made-so we just dealt with it the way it was. We've definitely had better boil spots, but what saved this place for a 3 star was the sauce. Both of our meals were $33 plus tax--reasonably priced for a boil spot.

The atmosphere here was great. The service, for the most part, was excellent. But their choice of sides was limited to all deep-fried foods. Other than the boils, EVERYTHING is fried. It's not the place to eat if you're health conscious.

RACIST !!! And nasty. We’re from the south so maybe the food tastes a little different but this didn’t taste like any crab boil we’ve had. Their sanitation score is an 85 so imagine all the points deducted and for what. I’ll save the best for last! As soon as my friends walked in she had racist remarks towards Hispanics not knowing someone in the friend group is Hispanic. I’ll never support again.

Had a snow crab leg bag boil. Ordered with Cajun seasoning and hot. It was butter, ol bay seasoning and no hot at all. Terrible. The All Meat sausage was terrible. Had hard pieces in it like bone that damn near broke a tooth. They should have been sautéed before adding to the bag. All the fork in the place were bent. They didnt even have the small forks for the crab legs. Severe disappointment.

The hostess greeted us with “what do y’all need” our server had the personality of a pet rock and the food was deplorable! I left 3/4 of my food on a $107 plate and 2 in my party were ill and puked ? that night… NEVER going back. Talked to the very polite and friendly manager the next day. She was well aware that they had a staff problem the night before, but never offered a refund or to replace the horrible food… I’m good! Plenty of more reputable restaurants in Columbus…

This is my favorite place to go when I get out. I only go in the day early. Well I went this evening 7:30 drove and 1 1/2 hr in a Friday snow storm, not busy. This time I was soo disappointed and I was bragging. I was surprised the food was trash. Butter sauce was not hot spicy wise, I don’t eat pork they put pork sausage in after I made it clear. Tonight just was not it. If I do deal with them again it’ll be in the mid day. Service was horrible, had 3 diffent servers it was a mess.

This restaurant really disappointed us. We drove over 30 min expecting to have a great experience which we didn’t .. very disappointed and upset when they didn’t let us dine in while waitress and receptionist just sat there while being on there phone waiting for closing hours not letting anyone dine in an hour before closing. We waited all day with coworkers to come eat here we went out of our way..7 in total all failed upset of driving this far expecting to be a regular restaurant which lets you dine in an hour before closing. Don’t bother coming when it’s dark they close earlier that business hours.
