I have been here many times. The customer service is the best! This is my only local store now that Happy Hostess is sold and no longer a baking store. I sure hope Cake Craft stays around for a long time. I would like it to carry the 5lb. bags of confectioners sugar. I also LOVED the Happy Hostess chocolate supply. Clasen's is a favorite! And the decorations-colors of sugars, and jimmies. Special original jimmies combinations were great.

Don’t even really want to give them a star. Very upset with this company. It’s very hard to get in touch with these people to take an order. They tell you to text the baker on her cell phone and when I did she had an attitude, just rude. Tried to reach out to her today and she didn’t even respond. Unprofessional and will not get my business or referrals again!!!!!

First time customer and I will definitely be a forever customer. The level of customer service I received was above and beyond my expectations. I ordered several custon edible images a day prior and at the last minute, right before closing I ordered another. I had issues with the image in my phone but KK came to the rescue with her exceptional customer service. I also needed a specific color sprinkles and she made it on the spot making this place a one stop shop for me. I usually have to go to several places and order online for orders because not one place has it all. THIS PLACE HAS EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED, (or they go get it/have a solution...teamwork lol) AT GREAT PRICES & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you again KK and see yall soon!

Do NOT do business with them. I coordinated with them almost 2 weeks in advance for a birthday cake, then they let me know 4 days before the event they could not make it. I confirmed with them in writing of the design, details, etc of the cake, they confirmed the final price, I responded and said great thanks. I assumed we were good to go and I would get an invoice before picking up the cake. Apparently, my message saying great thanks went to spam, and they just never started working on it or followed up. I had to circle back today on if there was anything else they needed for the cake pick up and he said they can't do it. I am now in the 9th hour of having to scramble to find a custom cake 4 days before. Will never be doing business with them again.
