Our lunch at Calero's was great! The vegetarian pupusa just slapped, my husband got breakfast and loved it. Don't miss the black beans with crema, and cabbage relish. Papas were fresh and hot. You will not be disappointed.
We ordered to go from here last night simply off the pictures online. You can tell good food when you see it. Absolutely spot on! Some of the freshest, home cooked tasting food I’ve had it this town for a minute. This will be a regular spot!!!

appetizers are sold as singles so you can sample a lot for a good price. I got the shrimp tostada, chicharrones, and tamales… all were fantastic! highly recommend this place.

Fantastic food! We really enjoyed everything we ordered. The appetizer tostones con cameron were our favorite. We tried three different puspusas and the ceviche.

Very expensive and no use, we ordered flavorless chicken soups and the chicken a wing, a great calamity in all aspects. I hope to never return to this place.
Everything was dynamite.

We really enjoyed our lunch here. The place has a fun vibe, and everything we tried was excellent. We both had the Carne Asada, which was really good, I loved the grilled onion that came with it. My jalapeño pepper was also excellent. The bartenders and servers were very friendly and helpful as well. We'll definitely be back!

We did not try the main dishes, but we did try a bunch of the small plates, appetizers, and a desert. The pupusas are great - probably the best thing we ate there. Tamales were good (they are big). We also tried the pork & guac - awesome pork! Parking is easy and free. When we were there, the server was great and very helpful. The music was a bit loud, but not to the point you could not talk with each other.

Very tasty everything
I was genuinely impressed with the quality and freshness of the food. The “rib-eye” was spectacular and the “pescado frito” was plentiful and scrumptious. The food was served on a charcuterie board and was still sizzling when it arrived to our table. The prices were surprisingly reasonable and the ambience was very inviting.
This is a hidden gem and a must try. I highly recommend it. My family and I will definitely be back when visiting from Boston.
