I was there yesterday and order a fish dinner.I ask that thay will put my cole slaw in a separate container, not with my fish and french fries.What they do they did the thing I told them not to do. You DO NOT put cold food with the hot food.Only in TOO SLOW COLUMBUS,OHIO they do that.Who training these people they should know better.

There is one person in the store I pulled up to the drive through to order and she said she wasn’t taking orders until someone else show up… I was disappointed because I really wanted to eat here and went out of my way to get here…I mostly felt really bad for the girl so I left this review in hopes that something is done about the staffing issues that’s causing the business to loose money but also that’s not good for her mental health.

No silverware fish was burnt. Hush puppies is dried out. I even told the lady about the fish and she said basically that’s not her problem.
Vegetarian options: The fish grease was old. That’s the reason why it came out to be dried out fish.

Lemme start with saying I love seafood, my fav. Now this place has it going on. I ordered the giant fish sandwich with a side of slaw and a tea. The pieces of fish are truly Giant lol. Not greasy at allll! Delishes white meat too. Hot and fresh, no fishy taste or smell. The slaw was slaw, but delicious. The tea was a quart size and it rang up to only $7.99!! I was full afterwards too. Their chicken, shrimp, hushpuppies and flounder are all delicious also. We drove from Delaware ohio to this place and it was so worth the drive, always is. Order came out fast too, we used the drive thru but it also has seating inside. We will be back next week ☺. A must try everyone!

We live in Delaware, Ohio and a few times a year we make the trip to Cleveland Ave for the only Captain Ds remaining in Columbus. We feel the food here is way better than Long John Silvers. 100% recommend.

Please your food is good, however it is TIME to renew the frying oil! Please!!!! You can't taste the pure flavor of the shrimp or fish and stuffs?
Waiting in that drive thru is like watching paint dry. Horrible.. update: went back a couple days later .wait another 15 min in the drive thru..only to get home and not have all my order.

I usually enjoy my experience at this location, however on May 17, 2024 my family and I stopped in for an early dinner. The service was quick, but there was only two employees, one taking orders indoors, and drive thru, and one cooking. All of the tables were dirty. My Brother said the Men's Bathroom was disgusting. I believe him because you could smell the stench coming from it in the dining area, which made for an unpleasant meal. Your Staff has to do better with maintaining the full ingretity of your establishment. I doubt I will return, which saddens me. But I can't eat from places that don't keep the bathrooms clean.
