I added an order of shrimp to my order for $1.99 . Order was ready when I got there, so grabbed it and went home. Of course when I got home, the shrimp was missing. For $1.99, I was not gonna drive back to the restaurant

I will NEVER go to another Captain D's again!!! I didn't realize until AFTER I started eating my fish. At first, I thought it was just dirty on the bottom, but when I moved the crumbs, THE STYROFOAM WAS COMPLETELY MELTED THRU THE BOX!!! I literally started feeling sick and realized that was why when I took a bite of the fish and spit it out!!! I literally was in the bathroom vomiting for 2 HOURS!!! Unless you want FOOD POISONING, DO NOT GO HERE!!! Tried to call the number for corporate, and there was no option to speak with a person...

The fish was horrible
I ordered a 4pc fish dinner. The fish was burnt and you could taste the burnt oil. Don't ever order from here. I wish I could include the picture. The picture is posted on the doordash app review. You won't believe your eyes. I can't believe a restaurant would actually sell someone food in that condition. I have tried several times to fill out the form on the website provided in response to this and it doesn't work. I am unable to put the one star for overall experience so it won't submit. This was a total waste of time. Still no resolution

So wish I could leave zero stars. I had the most frustrating and unprofessional experience at this location. I showed up for an interview and was told I’d be seen within 20 minutes. I ended up waiting for nearly an hour with zero communication. They couldn’t even offer me a drink until the cook came out to do it after 20 minutes of waiting. The place is dirty, with crumbs on the tables, grease everywhere, and a weird smell that I can’t even describe. When I asked where the manager was, I was told they were out doing a “quick store run,” which took far longer than it should have. It’s obvious they don’t care about their customers or their staff. This place doesn’t even respect your time, and it’s extremely unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.

I was there yesterday and order a fish dinner.I ask that thay will put my cole slaw in a separate container, not with my fish and french fries.What they do they did the thing I told them not to do. You DO NOT put cold food with the hot food.Only in TOO SLOW COLUMBUS,OHIO they do that.Who training these people they should know better.

There is one person in the store I pulled up to the drive through to order and she said she wasn’t taking orders until someone else show up… I was disappointed because I really wanted to eat here and went out of my way to get here…I mostly felt really bad for the girl so I left this review in hopes that something is done about the staffing issues that’s causing the business to loose money but also that’s not good for her mental health.
