I had an unfortunate mistake with a holiday carryout order from Carfagna's this past weekend. The response by Carmen Carfagna has been superb and quite frankly, unwarranted. Had I done a better job of placing my order, the entire event could have been avoided. My wife and I love their restaurant, market, and catering. If you haven't already, please make the trip to Polaris and enjoy a wonderful dining or market experience. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Carmen and the team at Carfagna’s.

On numerous occasions I have found the staff to be flat out rude. Recently an older hostess was the worst. The bar was literally empty during an OSU game and she made a big deal not once but twice about my party saving a couple seats at the bar in case other friends joined us. Our waitress was lovely but the power hungry hostess just caused Carfagnas to lose 6 good customers. There are way too many options for dining to take being treated like that. It’s a shame because they have great food though.

Great pizza. Nice flavor. Fantastic cheese. The establishment, however, feels like if someone opened an Olive Garden inside of a Costco.

Solid Italian food, all things considered. Every dish is customizable for your selection of protein/pasta type/sauce.
Their tomato sauce is their best sauce. The vodka sauce was like real vodka sauce and buttered noodles had a baby. Don’t get it if you’re a fan of real vodka sauce, you will be disappointed.
Meatballs are fantastic. Bread was solid. Butter is good, light, spreadable, and well salted.
Do dine-in, takeout here can be unreliable. Their food is better when eaten immediately. And once when I got takeout, they forgot the meatballs with the spaghetti & meatballs dish. That was a disappointing lunch.

Parking: Large, free parking lot. Can get full during peak times.

Overall, a great concept, but the food was not up to standard for a party of four. 👨‍🍳🍹💲 One appetizer, drinks for each person, and entrees cost $145 plus tip. 💵🧾💰 Service was okay. 👍 You can try and hopefully have a better cook than we did. 🙏🤞

We stopped in on Saturday afternoon during Valentines weekend. We have been going to Carfagna's for many years for most of our special occasions. We really do love the food - I always get the Chicken Parm and it is amazing!!! However, when they moved to their new location, they stopped giving salads with their dinners. At this visit, we noticed that they did not bring bread to the table as they have in the past. It is not that the portions sizes are not enough, because the meal itself is plenty. It just feels like an italian dinner should include a small salad and bread - especially for the cost. My husband had an entree that was a little on the spicy side and he also mentioned that it would be nice to have bread to offset the spice a little. I did read another review that said that their server told them bread was available on request but if that is the case, we were not told and did not see it on the menu at all.

Our server was nice enough but did not check on us throughout our meal. I don't usually use salt but my pasta needed some additional salt but there were no salt & pepper on the table. We had to search out our server and it took several minutes for him to return with a salt shaker and he didn't bring any pepper. Not sure why it took so long or why he wouldn't just bring both at the same time - I didn't ask for pepper, but just something I noticed.

I cant say that we won't be back because we do love to browse in the market, the ambiance and food at Carfagna's - I just feel like it is the little things that are missing that would make the experience amazing!!

My first impression of the restaurant was it had a very nice atmosphere. It was my first time there and my last.My family and friends of twelve celebrated my seventy birthday. I wasn't sure what to order I decided on new york strip steak mind you it cost $29.00 it was the worst steak I've ever had it was so tuff way over cook. If anyone wants a steak I would suggest to look elsewhere.

Very average at best. Dishes were not hot at all the meatballs were terrible . We had to ask for bread it was terrible also seemed stale. We use to come to the old location I feel it was better. I say that because I really doubt we would make the drive to come back here. I will also say I feel it’s too expensive for the quality. I don’t have any problem at all dropping a hundred for dinner do it all the time. However I do get a little frustrated when it’s a 60 dollar meal at best . Just my opinion.

Two meatball subs with fries and 2 house salads were both delicious ! Fresh greens with house dressing were great. Pre dinner drinks martini happy hour included and espresso and a lemon drop martini- the expresso um I could drink 10 of them! Wife had lemon drop it was tart and tasty she liked it. Dinner bourbon was Watershed Fall Nocino barrel (Columbus OH), was delicious and light on the palate, warmth up front typical of bourbon, Carmel and toffee once the heat wore off.

Portion size was generous, we could not finish our dinners. Price was fair, but more than fair based on portion size.

Service was excellent, we sat at bar to avoid 25 minute Wait, this place is super busy around Christmas with the liquor store, restaurant, and actual store.
