First time dining at the Caribbean craze, the food was flavorful Not spicy enough I ordered oxtails rice and peas cabbage I only received six very small oxtails Not satisfied with the portions at all

If I could give 10 stars I would! We were traveling and I was looking for some good Caribbean food and stumbled upon this truck and I must say WE WILL BE BACK!!! My husband ordered oxtail and jerk chicken and after his first bite of the oxtail, he made me go order another one. So the two of us got four meals and only one made it home.. The ladies are As fabulous as their food. I got the pepper steak and it almost melted in my mouth and the cabbage is so good!! This is definitely a must have!!!

my husband went up to the truck and ordered, he said the ladies were so kind and funny. we got mild jerk chicken, bbq jerk chicken, mac n cheese, and rice. we tried the food in the car and the chicken was extremely tender, cooked perfectly. reminds you of a good home cooked jerk chicken. price is great for the amount of food you get. highly recommend!

I got the brown stew chicken, Mac and cheese, potato salad, and oxtails, rice beans, and fried plantains. My brown stew chicken was so savory and flavorful, I loved it it wasn’t as spicy as I’d like, but I cleaned the bone, the ox tail was very tender, but not much flavor or spice like I was gunning for, but still juicy and tender. The beans and rice was delicious and fluffy, the fried plantain was very sweet and good, but could have been fried a little longer. The potato salad was very good had a great smoked flavor, the Mac and cheese was tasty as well. I would definitely order again when I’m in town. Strong 8
