My friend surprised me with a dozen engagement ring cake pops and the presentation was absolutely adorable !!! The cake pops themselves were absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend Carla's cake pops !

Ordered 600 super hero cake pops for a work event. 581 was delivered. When I called Carla back to let her know about the mistake - she was very pleasant and admitted to the mistake. I informed her that we needed the additional cake pops today or tomorrow as they were being delivered to other offices by us for an event. I told her they did not need to be the fancy custom superhero pops but a little drizzle decoration would be fine, still keeping to our theme.

She then went on to say that this was a large order and she's gone above and beyond to make me happy. At no point did we realize she was going above and beyond to fill this order. Had we known that an order of this size was too much for her to undertake, we would have used someone else. So not only did we not receive the cake pops we paid for, her attitude and inability to own up to her mistake left little to be desired. I would not order from her again nor will I ever recommend this company to any businesses we associate with.

Today I made the mistake of trying a cake pop from Starbucks after trying Carla's cake pops for the first time last week. I am now convinced that no other bakery can even come close to the quality of Carla's cake pops. You can truly see the passion and love that Carla has for her business. 5/5!
These cake pops are amazing. You can truly see the love that Carla has for her craft. As someone who frequently bakes from scratch, I can recognize the quality of the ingredients that she uses and the difficulty of the custom-made designs on the cake pops. All in all, I would give them 5/5. There isn't a better cake pop in Columbus.
