Their ground kabab (kobideh) was super dry. Their rice had no aroma and stale, Their chicken needed flavor, also lacked salt and pepper. Their salad also needed salt and pepper and some real lemon juice. I don't know if they actually taste their food to adjust or not. They need to change their cook. Their service was ok. They really need to improve the taste of their food and it needs to be cooked properly so it doesn't dry out.

< also to-go wrapped perfectly! >

I haven’t gotten to enjoy Persian food, done right, since living in Portland — and Caspian, you nailed it. Everything was so good!
Beef koobideh, perfectly cooked rice, grilled tomato, dessert, and chicken kabobs — all absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be back.

Needs to learn from west coast or east coast Iranian eateries. I wasted my hard earned dollars to eat at this place. Small portions. No grilled tomatoes. No bread. No butter for the rice. The salad came with Italian dressing! No torshi or anything ….no sauce. The kubideh was super dry.
If you want inauthentic Iranian food, this is the place.

Such anticipation for such a let down. Flavor of everything was very muted.

We ordered takeout catering from Caspian Kabob & Grill for a large group of people who were trying Persian food for the first time. We are not locals and had no experience of Persian food in Ohio, so after talking to Victoria, we relied on our instincts and decided to do the catering with her. She did not disappoint! Everybody loved the ground beef kabob, chicken kabob, grilled tomatoes, rice and Salad Shirazi! My Iranian wife is a very good cook herself and I have tried dozens of Persian Kabob dishes around the country, and this meal did not disappoint! We and my large family loved this experience; great food, great packing, professional, friendly and warm caterers. We couldn’t have asked for more. We are looking forward to our next trip to Columbus and our next dining at Caspian Kabob & Grill.

It has an awful ambience. The employee was super mean. I do not recommend it at all.

We stumbled upon Caspian Kabob & Grill during a road trip, completely unaware that it wasn’t a full dine-in restaurant. Despite that, the owner and chef greeted us with such warmth and generosity that we felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s home.

As first-timers, we were blown away by the level of personal attention and care they gave us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our meal—even accommodating our unplanned visit with kindness and enthusiasm.

We tried a variety of dishes, and every single one was outstanding. The Ash Reshteh was hearty and comforting, the Chicken Kabab perfectly marinated and juicy, and the Mirza Ghasemi and Kashke Bademjoon were smoky, rich, and packed with flavor. For dessert, the saffron ice cream and Shole Zard (saffron rice pudding) were both beautifully made and a perfect sweet finish.

This place may not look like much from the outside or have traditional seating, but the food is top-notch and the hospitality is unforgettable. If you’re anywhere near the area—or even just passing through—it’s 100% worth a stop. You’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.

We drove from Celevland, they have a friendly welcome. The dishes we ordered was Persian Kebab. I loved the taste especially the Barg Kebab was phenomenal. It was delicious and I do recommend it to try. You wont regret it. 🥰

They dont have dining area as big as usuall restuarants. However, there is a cozy place you can sit and enjoy your meal. Godbless them.

Ordered kebab for the first time and it was the last time. The worst dish ever. Half of it went to trash. I couldn't finish it. Don't know how these people call themselves cook.
And the website pictures are fake not even close to what you get.
