I ordered a fish sub tonight and there was mold on my bread. Sent him picture proof and he just offered to remake my sandwich. As if I would ever dare eat there again. And these reviews are clear made up lies. The food is tolerable bc there’s really no other options. This isn’t the first time I heard about mold here someone told me the desserts had mold but I don’t eat them so I’m not sure I never had a problem until tonight I still cannot believe I ate mold. Sick to my stomach.
They offered me a refund only if I deleted my review. And refused to give any refund until he saw me delete it. Will just dispute with my bank and keep my review up.

The food at Castello Regina is excellent. Best pizza I've had outside of NY state and the ONLY pizza place we order from in Ohio. Calzones are delicious and made correctly (with ricotta!!) and the pan of meatballs in sauce with cheese is to die for. The guys behind the counter are friendly and get our order right every time. I can't say enough good things about this place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So u stopped on my to work right across the street. I really wanted to eat before work and thought id try this new place, well to me . I walk in and the place didnt look to bad except for the sticky floors. I ordered the Italian and got the meal deal. I then asked for extra pepperoni and may. The order tock a little under 10 minutes. Not bad. But when i sat down to eat. It was on little over 6 inches. Well i asked for a foot long and the frond desk person cold uave told me they dont do foot long. Also, rhey completely just took money from me. Because they never put the exatras meat i payed and asked. For. It was one peace of each meat I payed over 17 dollars for this. This has to be the blandest italian sub ive ever had. Avode at all cost!!!!They will steal your money!!!
