They put together a great menu for us and suggested family style dinning. Handling all the dinning set up and making it so our day went smoothly. Our guests raved about every bite, from the mac and cheese bites during cocktail hour to the pasta, salads, and the showstopping Hand-Carved Maple Glazed Dry Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes—WOW. With family members who have serious allergies, it meant the world to us that Scott’s team took every precaution while still delivering flavorful, thoughtful dishes.
Serving over 200 guests with family-style dining is no small task, yet Scott’s team handled it flawlessly and extremely fast. The service was impeccable—servers were attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured every guest was taken care of. I never once had to worry about a thing. Scott was even there on my wedding day, and when he hugged me after dinner, I teared up because I truly felt so grateful, taken care of, and prioritized. Scott was very kind and willing to go above and beyond expectations as caterer, his food looked annd tasted delicious, and his staff provided fantastic service. We had lots of phone calls leading up to the wedding to ask questions and clarify things, and no matter what time he was happy to take our call and walk us through things. I think that if we had used a different caterer, our wedding would have been significantly more stressful but Scott really took ownership of making sure everything went well. We would definitely recommend him for events - he is a pro.

While I went to him with a menu of what I wanted, he asked what my budget was and proposed a menu with great variety and depth. I went with his suggestions! The delivery men were fantastic, they got everything set up very quickly and efficiently. The food was AMAZING. I have catered food pretty regularly and this is the best I've had. Not to mention the presentation. I've never seen such beautifully plated food. Everyone raved about the food and asked who catered. Do yourself a favor and have Scott cater your next event!
