Food was bland or spicy without taste, rice was undercooked. Given by the speed we got our food, I am not sure it is that fresh. Certainly did not taste fresh. Also, a bit too loud if you want to talk without shouting.

We ordered catering for five. It was confirmed online they received our order, however, it was not and the staff knew Nothing about our order. They looked at our receipt and said they would immediately make it. Unfortunately, they made an order for ONE (not an order for five as a catering) and charged us $33. We thought they discounted us but they handed us one meal and charged us for the one meal. I have tried calling the manager and they hung up on me. I have not received an email, as I emailed the owner. We never received reimbursement.

As a customer of Cazuela's food truck and restaurant in the past, It seems as they have added locations, the quality of the food has gone down. It's an unfortunate trend experienced with other good restaurants.
While we all pretty much know what to expect from traditional Mexican food -- by which I mean to say that while unfailingly tasty, it seems standardized and one place is more similar than not to another -- I was absolutely wowed at the quality and taste of Cazuelas fare. I can't wait to eat there again, and honestly, I'm not sure there's a reason for me to try any other Mexican restaurant in downtown Columbus.
The Margaritas were good. The chip and dip for the table, that salsa was actually really good. 3 of us that ate, non of us liked our food. We didn’t complain. Ingredients you can tell were canned and or cheap. Atmosphere itself was cool, different, chillParking: There is parking right behind that is free

Stopped here for a fast bite on our way back east. Salsa and chips were immediately served as we looked through the menu. There was only one sever on which felt typical for a Monday evening but she was MOVING. We ordered our apps with drinks which were ready in 4 minutes and then our food when our drinks arrived. Ready in 9 minutes and did not sacrifice one bit of flavor. Large portions that reflect the price and definitely your money's worth. Would definitely stop again if ever in the area.
