Tried the burger with salad (lemon ginger dressing), Korean bowl with chicken, and mushroom pizza. Pleasantly surprised by food quality and flavoring. The burger was a standard good burger; nothing to complain about. Salad was fresh and delicious, the cut cucumber and dressing brings out a flavor that I usually don’t get from salads. The Korean bowl packed a ton of flavor; with the grilled chicken add-on it was a bit on the salty side. I got this to-go so I simply added more of my own starch and it was sublime. The flavor balance of spicy, sour, and salty was great, it was just a bit too overwhelming for me without the additional starch. I’m not a fan of the dryness of brown rice nor the smell of kimchi but somehow this dish minimized both of those. Wish I could recreate the flavor profile of this at home.
The pizza was perfect. I’d get it again. Not greasy at all, not overly salty, crispy crust and not burnt! Chef knows how to make a good pizza here.
The two waiters that I’ve met were both super chill!

Give an overall 1 star not because of the food or service, which themselves not bad - but for the confusion the Central Market House and the Goodale Station, which is on the top floor of the hotel. Be alert: You will be confused with the parking facility, which is not clear at all if you approach to it not as guest of the hotel. You will ONLY get free valet parking if you eat in Goodale Station, which only opens from 4 pm. The Central Market House opens from early morning till night - but you will not get free parking if you eat here! That's really unreasonable, and worse: Nobody will tell you in front. Yes, some instruction is posted on the valet parking desk, but don't believe anyone will be able to see it when approaching from outside! They will charge you!

Weak service, could not find my bill even though we're the only ones in the place. Had to write another bill for two drinks, was overcharged because the drinks were not happy hour price. Guy seemed to be trying but he was either untrained or his system was crap.

Just in town as a tagalong but had breakfast here two mornings. Good food at reasonable prices. Excellent coffee. The servers, Ashley and Sharon, were both friendly, attentive and professional.Make sure these women are paid livable wages and appreciate what they do for your business, Hilton!

I choose this hotel for its proximity to Nationwide Area, as I was visiting for a Columbus Blue Jackets game. I arrived around noon that day. I was able to have the valet park my vehicle and was able to check in early that afternoon without any hassle. The room was clean and everything was functioning. The room had what I believe are barn style doors so guests could close a door to the bathroom and the sleeping area. Meals are not included with the room. There is a dining area on the first floor that has limited breakfast options. The hotel does have a rooftop bar. The bar was a very nice area, and the bartenders were very friendly when serving drinks. However, one view from the rooftop is that of a neighboring parking garage.

My first visit to a Hilton Canopy hotel as a Lifetime Diamond member. I so wanted to love this hotel. Love the location. Loved the rooftop restaurant. But, one morning I got up and one of the towels had a brown substance on it. Enough to gross you out. I took down to the front desk so that could be aware to tell housekeeping. Got back that night. Room wasn't made up. No message from the hotel manager. Tried to call hotel manager when I got back from the day at 9:00 and hotel manager had gone home for the night. So there are no hotel managers are night? Needless to say I will never stay here again. Absolutely no recognition from anyone, including the front desk staff who didn't seem to think it was that big of a deal. IT'S A DIRTY TOWEL in a room that states that it is sanitized before my arrival. Oh, and $38/night for valet parking is ridiculous.

Very nice ... Great location. Decent sized rooms (alight lighting system is a bit complex). The location is walking distance to everything downtown ... Rooms are quiet and a great night sleep too. Recommended

Beautiful hotel but they keep rooms at 68° and you cannot change it!! Too hot to sleep. This one was one the most modern updated hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’m so bummed that I will not stay here ever again. So if you like your room toasty, this is the hotel for you. Aesthetics are a 10/10 but functionality of actually sleeping was 0/10. The hotel location was convenient to nationwide arena, just two blocks. But there are other hotels in the vicinity that will have air conditioning.
