I choose this hotel for its proximity to Nationwide Area, as I was visiting for a Columbus Blue Jackets game. I arrived around noon that day. I was able to have the valet park my vehicle and was able to check in early that afternoon without any hassle. The room was clean and everything was functioning. The room had what I believe are barn style doors so guests could close a door to the bathroom and the sleeping area. Meals are not included with the room. There is a dining area on the first floor that has limited breakfast options. The hotel does have a rooftop bar. The bar was a very nice area, and the bartenders were very friendly when serving drinks. However, one view from the rooftop is that of a neighboring parking garage.

My first visit to a Hilton Canopy hotel as a Lifetime Diamond member. I so wanted to love this hotel. Love the location. Loved the rooftop restaurant. But, one morning I got up and one of the towels had a brown substance on it. Enough to gross you out. I took down to the front desk so that could be aware to tell housekeeping. Got back that night. Room wasn't made up. No message from the hotel manager. Tried to call hotel manager when I got back from the day at 9:00 and hotel manager had gone home for the night. So there are no hotel managers are night? Needless to say I will never stay here again. Absolutely no recognition from anyone, including the front desk staff who didn't seem to think it was that big of a deal. IT'S A DIRTY TOWEL in a room that states that it is sanitized before my arrival. Oh, and $38/night for valet parking is ridiculous.

Very nice ... Great location. Decent sized rooms (alight lighting system is a bit complex). The location is walking distance to everything downtown ... Rooms are quiet and a great night sleep too. Recommended

Beautiful hotel but they keep rooms at 68° and you cannot change it!! Too hot to sleep. This one was one the most modern updated hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’m so bummed that I will not stay here ever again. So if you like your room toasty, this is the hotel for you. Aesthetics are a 10/10 but functionality of actually sleeping was 0/10. The hotel location was convenient to nationwide arena, just two blocks. But there are other hotels in the vicinity that will have air conditioning.

Beds ultra soft so if you like firmer mattress this may not be for you. Food was good however hasn’t reach desired level this restaurant is striving for so price is high at this time. Views are ok. Close to some attractions. Extra large towels are outstanding. The rooftop bar has excellent cocktails and priced accordingly. Every staff member I met was extremely friendly to include wait staff, front desk and housekeeping.

Stayed here for 5 nights; I had to ask for housekeeping three times before they finally provided housekeeping on the fourth day of my stay. Then when I finally got housekeeping, the staff probably stole from me. When I left for a run, and only brought my keycard with me, the housekeepers probably stole my wallet (they cleaned my room during the 45 minutes I was gone). I contacted the hotel front desk staff as soon as I noticed my wallet was missing; the front desk staff told me their cleaning staff has been in place for a while and would never take my wallet, implying that I was lying. And then the front desk staff told me there was only one person in my room even though I saw two housekeepers leaving my room when I returned from my run. Last, the front desk staff refused to review security footage and said that a manager would have to do it and they wouldn’t be able to review camera footage for at least three days. The hotel never called me back to investigate or follow-up with me. I only got in touch with the hotel after I contacted them three times after the fact. Regardless of what actually happened, have the decency to follow-up with me and not force customers to call you multiple times to get any kind of a response. Horrible experience will not stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised by the high quality property and the exceptional service by their staff from the moment we arrived to our checkout. Are a wonderful surprise. Was the top floor restaurant. The service and the food were amazing. I would/will definitely come back.

Ground floor restaurant in the hotel. Good spot to grab a drink or a small bite to eat. The vibe is very casual and can attest that the pizzas are pretty good. Our sausage pizza was made on the spot and cooked up in the pizza oven. We only stopped back for a pizza as we had stopped for an aperitivo earlier and were impressed with the service and food (hummus plate and a couple of flight drinks). Our waiter (Cody) did an excellent job keeping up with things while we were there. He was attentive without being overbearing (and makes an excellent negroni!)Vegetarian options: A number of vegetarian options on the short menu.

Newer "concept" hotel by Hilton - trying to hit the "boutique" sector of the hotel market. Hotel has two restaurants (rooftop and ground floor) and 10 floors of rooms. The layout is T-shaped and you need a room key to ride the elevator to you room (nice security feature). Rooms are very modern with a nice flat-screen, marble shower and a larger chair to sit. The Nespresso maker, wine glasses, and a luggage rack right inside the door were nice touches. There is also a built-in fridge and in-room safe right below the coffee station. I skipped the "digital key" option and got a "traditional" key instead - it was an interesting laser-engraved wood near-field key. Nice touch. The wife was pleased with the lighting for getting ready in the sink area and we both noted that the bed was very comfortable. Also, the blackout curtains were OK, some light did spill around the edges. Being a HHonors member, we were able to pick a room and chose room 600 (furthest from elevator of the single-bed rooms). The view wasn't great since we were lower, I am sure it would have been better further up say on 9 or 10. While there is a garage right next door (behind the hotel) the valet ($33) is worth it and pretty attentive. Front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. Location-wise, it is in a good place, two blocks from Nationwide Arena, across the street from the convention center, and three/four blocks from the short north. Nice place to treat yourself, but it is a bit expensive for what it is.
