Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Honestly not very impressed. Did the 2 for 12 deal on the 6 inch cheese steak. Flavors were mainly plain bread and mayo. Toppings were skimpy at best compared to every other sandwich place out there. I'm assuming there were onions and peppers etc that were supposed to be on it present, but couldn't taste them. Definitely not giving value or flavor for your money particularly when we have fantastic places like Wario's and DiBella's available. Did I complain to the managers? No. I don't see a point with their price point and offerings. I won't be returning.

Never buy wings here! Got a 10 piece classic & fry, and these poor old wings had been over cooked and then sat under a heat lamp for a few hours. A bag of beef jerky has a softer consistency than these leathery wings. Next time I want to eat wings like this, I will just go chew on my car tire for free.

I placed an order for the location I live close to. The app decided to change it to a location 3 hours away from my home. I am not driving three hours to pick up food. Then when I call to get it cancelled I was treated rudely and told they dont cancel orders. There is jo way to reach corporate. There is no way to get help. Terrible app. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. The manager and the workers. All completely ruined the experience.

The last time I had Charleys was 10 years ago. I moved away and when I moved back. I was amazed at how nothing had changed. The food was awesome, fresh and hot, the Fries were FRESH AND HOT! Todd “This was the name that was on my receipt. The gentleman had a touch of grey hair and a small ponytail. He was kind, just an all around great guy?The Watermelon Lemonade was delicious! I wish the drink was on the menu permanently.

I was utterly unprepared for just how bland this food was going to be. Kudos for preparing the absolute worst french fries I've ever had... Soggy and so limp it was depressing. Tasted like last week's fry oil. Will never return.
