Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I placed an order for the location I live close to. The app decided to change it to a location 3 hours away from my home. I am not driving three hours to pick up food. Then when I call to get it cancelled I was treated rudely and told they dont cancel orders. There is jo way to reach corporate. There is no way to get help. Terrible app. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. The manager and the workers. All completely ruined the experience.

I have The most crazy diarrhea in my life with a milk shake.the milk most be expired already and they don’t even know

The last time I had Charleys was 10 years ago. I moved away and when I moved back. I was amazed at how nothing had changed. The food was awesome, fresh and hot, the Fries were FRESH AND HOT! Todd “This was the name that was on my receipt. The gentleman had a touch of grey hair and a small ponytail. He was kind, just an all around great guy?The Watermelon Lemonade was delicious! I wish the drink was on the menu permanently.

I was utterly unprepared for just how bland this food was going to be. Kudos for preparing the absolute worst french fries I've ever had... Soggy and so limp it was depressing. Tasted like last week's fry oil. Will never return.

I eat at the N. High St. location in Columbus, OH. The restaurant is clean, the staff is nice, and the food is awesome! I usually get the chicken buffalo sub! Delicious!
