The last time I had Charleys was 10 years ago. I moved away and when I moved back. I was amazed at how nothing had changed. The food was awesome, fresh and hot, the Fries were FRESH AND HOT! Todd “This was the name that was on my receipt. The gentleman had a touch of grey hair and a small ponytail. He was kind, just an all around great guy?The Watermelon Lemonade was delicious! I wish the drink was on the menu permanently.

I was utterly unprepared for just how bland this food was going to be. Kudos for preparing the absolute worst french fries I've ever had... Soggy and so limp it was depressing. Tasted like last week's fry oil. Will never return.

There was a young lady there that was very rude and had a nasty attitude a young Mexican girl her attitude was so bad i walked out and didn't get my food she also start talking to another worker in Spanish which i thought was rude was well

Their cheesesteaks have always been solid but I decided to try their boneless wings and they're easily the worst boneless wings I've ever had. I'm not one of those people that think all boneless wings are just chicken nuggets but that's exactly what these were. The meat was this weird extremely soft spongey mush that you would expect from a chicken nugget, not a boneless wing. Just absolutely horrendous.
