Even before closing hours my food was made right when I ordered and customer service was great. I was greeted when I came in.

So rude and unprofessional. I ordered a curbside carry out order because I had my baby and 3 dogs in the car so I needed some place that offered curbside. Once I ordered online, it showed a 6 minute wait. I didn’t get there until after 20 minutes of ordering. I pulled into the curbside spot that was in direct view of the register inside. The curbside sign said to click “I’m here” on the email receipt or call store. I called the store and it rang for a minute and then hung up. I went on my email receipt and clicked “I’m here” and it said “we’ll be out shortly.” I waited 10 more minutes and tried calling the store 2 more times and it went straight to “Welcome to Verizon wireless. Your call cannot be completed as dialed.” I waited a few more minutes and still nothing so I got my baby out of the car and went in to grab my order. When I walked in, there was no line and all the employees just stared at me without saying anything. I saw an order on the counter in a bag so I went to look at the receipt to see if it was mine. That’s when an employee decided to acknowledge me and said in a rude tone “That’s not yours.” I said “Is your curbside carryout not working?” There were three more orders sitting on their counter and she found mine and said, “You ordered in Google. That’s why it’s not working.” I told them their phones aren’t working either. What made me mad was they had a clear view of the curbside spots and saw me sitting there for 15 minutes before getting my child out of the car to come in. There was no line and instead of acknowledging me when I walked in, they stared and then rudely told me that bag was not mine on the counter. It’s so incredibly hard to find good, friendly, professional customer service these days. Extremely disappointing.

Best Philly cheessteak since I left Detroit Michigan. You start selling philly cheese steak omelettes. I'd be up for breakfast. Vanilla shake was yummy.

The food was AMAZING! My wife has never had it so I made her try it. We got normal Philly's and her first reaction was "OMG this is soooooooo gooooooood!!!"

We ordered 2 combo meals. The regular Chicken Philly had the same meat as the small Philly. We spoke to the staff but nothing was done. We normally love this location but if we cannot get the correct portions will not be back. I require response back from this establishment. During these difficult times customers should get there money's worth.

Worst service today and the manager Gabriella idk how she was even made a manger her customer service sucks and maybe fast food ain’t for everybody . Like no apologies . how you tell me you can’t refund my money when your funky ass employees messed my order up . Like it’s no number to even get my money back . I’m so irritated !

The Resort Soap and Candle Company

My husband ordered a large pepperoni and steak plain nothing but meat and cheese to go as a combo. We got all the way home and it had everything on it. He’s allergic to tomatoes so I had to go all the way back. I asked for a refund and asked for a replacement sandwich. I drove all the way home to Bexley and all the way back to the restaurant. They said they could only replace the sandwich.

Parking: Don't know I never counted them.Try to avoid looking like a idiot sitting there counting the spaces.

On several occasions getting off work stopped in to buy food and they are closed the door is locked 15 to 20 minutes before closing time, fix this... I want to eat at Charleys to, location E. Main St.
