Food is pretty good but they like to close earlier than posted. Been there multiple times with over 30 mins to spare and they have been closed. Those times i could see workers inside on their phones standing around the kitchen.

Nearly $16 for a sandwich and fries and gonna charge me coke price for a bigger water. There was two of us gonna get the same thing. So over $30 our first time here and you all lost our business over a dumb 20 oz drink cup for water. It’s not like you have a fountain out there for me to STEAL pop like some places tries to claim. I don’t wanna stand up wait for a refill of water every few bites of food letting my food get cold and ruining our time together. I don’t like diet pop. I don’t like a bunch of caffeine and sugar. There isn’t that much difference in the cost of two cups. One has your name on it which is also free advertising. I’ve seen someone have a cup with a name on it and thought to myself ooh that sounds good let’s go there! But ya know what. Lost our business first time there because of a ten cent cup. Charge me 50¢ but to charge pop prices is ridiculous when the meal is $16. Second place in the city to do this. I can have real sirloin steak two sides and rolls and unlimited ice water for about the same cost on real plates. I guess I should have ordered three ice waters and my husband do the same so it’s free and save you money rather than a 20 ounce cup.

I visited here in December 23 and the staff didn't speak to me barring taking the order. After after every item I order she asked "is that all" this was at least 5 times.... then my chicken was raw...Maybe we do need A.I. robots to take orders and prepare the food, the customer service will be by far better and food cooked to proper preparation.I called the store 2 times to speak to a manager and got no answer. I will not be returning
If I could get the store zero Stars I would I place the online order for buy one get one free wings when I went to go pick up my order they were getting ready to close the store so they were clearly in a rush my order was already packaged up tied up and ready to go so I was not able to check it there at the counter once I got home I realized that the wings were not cooked to order properly there were sesame seeds on the teriyaki chicken and I asked for a barbecue but instead of something very hot and spicy. I called the store on numerous occasions to reach out to management and there were complications with the phones I even went to the store with my receipt in hand several times and kept getting the runaround by staff members laughing in my face telling me that none of the employees speak English and that there's no manager on site this Charlie should be closed down they gave me a phone number for supposed manager who never called or texted me back all I wanted was my wings remade but at this point I'm pissed and want a refund I wish there was a way I could reach corporate because this is unacceptable and unfair to paying customers. If your employees are being negligent not looking at the order receipts then if I come in and say that my order was wrong and I have a receipt my food should be remade or I should be given a refund close this location down immediately! They are scamming customers

I.CLEARLY asked for phillyChicken sanwdiches and I got Beef on 2 sandwiches I dont eat beef so I clearly wasted 20 or more dollars & went straight to the garbage I couldnt return Because I drive trucks by time I looked in the bag I was mad....... :(

Ordered online buy one get on wings order of 10. Ordered online. Got home only 11 wings. Can't get through to call. Very disappointing! The wings are good, but did not get our full order! I just went back to this location and they made it right! Thank you!
