I had an amazing experience at Charley's Philly Steaks recently! I ordered the Nashville chicken Hot Cheeses, and it was absolutely delicious—full of flavor and cooked to perfection. What truly made my visit special was the exceptional service from Alejandra, Thai, and Marlin. Despite the busy atmosphere, they worked hard with a great attitude, making sure every customer felt valued. The establishment was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive vibe. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and friendly service! Visit time 7/18/25. 3:00pm

I find a piece of hair in my food, called them to let them know and they gave me the run around. At first, they asked me my name and said they wrote it down, and that they could remake it, which i agreed I’ll pick it up the next day. I called to let them know I’ll be there to pick it up, and they swore up and down they had no clue who I was or what I was talking about. I asked for the manager and every time she wasn’t available. Bad customer service and they didn’t care at all. Not to mention, I spent 40 something dollars that day because my kids wanted to eat there as well. I haven’t eaten there since and I’m still mad about this situation because they lied!!!! I will NEVER eat there again!! This was the Bert Kouns store inside of the gas station in Shreveport, Louisiana

Absolutely horrible. Ground up beef, ordered no green peppers got home and loaded with them. Meat barely covered the bread. Won’t be back!

Well when I order a regular sub cheesesteak and it's no bigger than my wife's small cheesesteak that might be a problem. Plus they might learn how to cook the fries so they're not all. Soggy fries should be crispy which they were not. And if you're going to serve sweet tea, should they just not make it not watery?

Service was very slow. It was freezing in the dining area. We had to listen to the horrible music that’s blasting in the room.There is plenty of room for improvement.

This is very sad. Charleys makes very good cheesesteaks when they want to, but sadly, they no longer want to. The cheesesteaks I used to get from there used to have good portions and be a decent value. But now they have cut their portion sizes a great amount and are no longer a good place to eat. Worse, when I contacted them to let them know that portions on cheesesteaks and fries have been drastically smaller, they ignored my messages. I even sent them a final heartfelt 'goodbye' message and instead of having any decency to contact me back, they once again ignored me. It just isn't worth going there. There are many places to get a good cheesesteak, and places that will give you better portions of meat and fries, and who will not ignore you when you let them know they fell short. I can only assume they just don't care about their customers. I am no longer one of those. My favorite cheesesteak place happens to be a company who wants to rip off customers and doesn't care if they lose them. There are good companies who care. Do yourself a favor and go somepleace else.
