I love Charley’s and it’s no knock to the food, if it were the right food. The last two times I’ve ate at this location they’ve got my orders wrong. They used to be so good at this location too, but the new cashiers/cooks seem to be too busy gossiping rather than paying attention to what their customers are saying. If you’re going to be in a customer facing position you should be paying attention to your customer.

The food here doesn’t taste like anything. I have had worst food in Columbus but this is the absolute worse!

Online says they are open at 7am they are never open till after 800. Times arent matching up. Very decieving .

Ordered a small Philly cheesesteak and everything was good until I bit into a bone or something really hard. It was the same color as the meat. Brought it to one of the employees attention and he just said, I don’t know how it got there. Nothing else. I wasn’t looking for anything, but just to let them know, there were something hard inside the meat and didn’t want others to break their teeth biting on it. I almost cracked mine. If I did, I would be more upset. Beware, checked your meat with your hands to make sure there are no bones inside before taking a bite.

Thank goodness we got there before 6pm. Nice staff, tasty cheesesteak, but they close just about when you'd expect to want to get dinner. So does the rest of the food court there, though. Eat early, or it's vendos for you!

I never had Charleys Cheesesteaks before and I just now decided to try it for the first time at this airport location. I ordered the chicken philly with the gourmet fries, but I did not have any because the food looked and smelled beyond disgusting. A total appetite killer. I ended up tossing the whole meal into the trash. The cook also had a nasty attitude, not knowing how to address customers. I get why there was barely anyone here. Yuck!

The worst charleys there is, always closing early. The workers are always mean and very dismissive. Horrible restaurant to try after coming or leaving columbus. Makes me never want to buy charleys ever!
