The worst experience ever the workers were sooo rude and mean I ordered online order at 6 pm and went to pick it up at 6:15 i asked the lady if my order is ready she ignored me i asked her again she was like let me check she went to lady at the register asking her about my order and she told me no wait its not ready yet after they gave my orderI already asked for 8 mayo on the app the guy didn’t put any mayo i told him can i have some mayo plz he only gave me onw small maya i asked again for another mayo he told i m not alowed to give u more than oneby the way my order was two kids meal !!!When i opend the boxes it was alittle meat with 5 piece of fries !!i will never go and buy from this locationthey need to learn how to work and respect customersThey need a really good hard working manager to teach them how to work, talk and treat customers

Haven’t gotten an order right the past 3 visits . Today was no different other than I’m here to tell everyone to avoid this place !I’d rank this Charlie’s right about with a lemonade stand ran by homeless . Save your money and go to Subway !

I would give it zero stars.They don’t care about customers. I Stand there for 10 mins, and say excuse me, can I order some food, the 2 employees even don’t bother giving me any response. They heard, they knew, and they ignore you.Stop going there to ruin your happy day

A very popular spot in the food court at Polaris! Despite the length of the line, the friendly and efficient staff kept it moving. We got a kids meal with the chicken and cheese sub, fries, and a lemonade. It was given a big thumbs-up and was much enjoyed!

Update. They don't really care their employee called to "complain" to me about leaving a bad review. The solution was "should we have this employee call you again?" No no its not. I will be choosing to dine somewhere else. I suggest you do the same.I would just stay away from this place.I deleted my orginal review as I am awaiting a call from someone who is in charge of this store or franchise. Your employees calling my PRIVATE NUMBER after I left a bad review is really disturbing. I would love to know how your employees got my phone number to begin with.
