Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

If you open at 10am then unlock your doors. I ordered online at 955. Said food was ready at 1012 but dor locked and staff ignored me standing there. Waited until 1019 still locked and no answer after calling 4 times. The whole.time staff looking at me from the kitchen. So I can't get a refund or cancel my order and never got my food.... customer service is trash anymore and everyone with their hand out for a tip... never again

Got ripped off! As a first time I’ll never EVER come back. the cashier named Musa @ 1855 overcharged me and refused to get the manager after my card says he charged me $48.89. He said the total was $38.24 and that’s what my receipt says too but my checking account was charged $45 and some odd change. This is unacceptable. Now, I’m telling everyone I know O’ Charleys rips people off and don’t waste your time and money. This happened today (10/09/2024) @ 12:24pm I will be calling corporate since his excuse was only broke people can’t afford an $8 difference. Th food was decent but I won’t EVER come back to this establishment.

took the family out for a quick bite to eat because a tree fell on our power line. the lights cut back on the moment we got back home perfect timing.?

My favorite sandwich is the three cheese bacon sub it is absolutely delicious! The guys at the Morse road location know me when I come in and give me excellent service!!

This Charlie's location has been flawless for me. Each time I go. Always on point. That strawberry lemonade is addictive. Cheese steaks always so good.

I Waited Over 10 Mins For My Food For Them To GET IT WRONG! My Order Number Was 58 Which Was A Philly Combo With Banana Peppers & A Strawberry Shake.. I Got Everything But My Philly & They Won’t Answer The Phone ? I Made It All The Way To Work & I Don’t Drive So I Will Be Paying 20 Dollars To Get There And Back If I Take An Uber! I Got Hot Wings & I Don’t Eat Spicy Food!
