The cookies are good, but they shrunk them. The cookie used to fill up the plastic wrap that it's in. As small as they have gotten, they shouldn't be $3 a cookie.
My dear friend left me a few Easter Cookies at my door as a surprise. THE BEST EVERđ. She had gotten a big gift tin and she shared. Not too sweet, or too soft, or hard and great flavor!! They're amazing!
I bought 2 dozen for $40 so that I could get the 12 dozen shamrock cutouts for free. What a mistake. These shamrock cutouts are stale and plain NASTY!! The icing is also stale and nasty! I will NEVER waste my hard earned money for such expensive cookies that are subpar to say the least. This company is really bold to charge so much, but provide so little in terms of freshness and taste. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
I would give zero stars if I could. I am very upset with Cherylâs cookies. I Purchased a bucket of Christmas cookies November 21 to be delivered on December 18 to my husbandâs work. They had a month to make sure these cookies could be delivered on time. December 18 comes around, Not delivered. December 19 comes around, And I was told by customer service that the cookies were delivered after my husband had already left work. December 20 comes around, my husband goes to work and is walking all over from warehouse to warehouse trying to locate these âdeliveredâ Cookies that Cheryl told me were delivered. For me to find out that the cookies are still in transit and will not be delivered on December 20th. It does not even have a delivery date. My husband is now done working for the rest of the year, and works an hour away, so by the time the cookies will be found (if they ever get delivered), the cookies will be bad. I requested a refund and what I got was âwe will give you a shipping refundâ. No this is ridiculous I spent over $50 on my order for it to sit and rot and not be delivered on the day I ordered it to be delivered. I will never buy from Cherylâs cookies again, and if you donât want this to happen to you, I would highly recommend that you donât either.

Ordered Halloween cookies October 13th they still havenât arrived. While we call them they keep saying itâs out for delivery. They donât seem to have a care for customers. Bad people and place!

I ordered 5 dozen different Halloween cookies and a personalized gift card on line for my grandkids. They shipped each dozen separately rather then as a gift in one box with the card. So ridiculous!! No wonder the shipping fee was $26.99! Outrageous, never again!!

Wife and I Stopped by to grab cookies for a birthday gift and to have some extra at the house, wasn't really concerned on pricing or quantity. Wife was mixing and matching without counting, took her selection to the counter where we explained she had no idea how many she had got. The associate behind the counter counted them and put them into a nice carry out bag for us and nearly forgot to ring in the bottle of Coke. 38 cookies we were happy to be on our way, on our way out we noticed a sign in front of there for that read 12 buttercream cookies free with a purchase of 24 or more cookies. I would have thought if your running that kinda promotion someone would have mentioned that at the point of sale. Guess my wife wasn't suppose to get that offer.

I ordered cookies online for Valentineâs Day for my wife I paid extra for expedited shipping. I ordered on the Feb 9 with delivery on the 12th of February. Iâm waiting nothing shows up I call on the Valentineâs Day. The representative told me the item I ordered wasnât available. I ordered plain buttercream cookies. Instead of calling me or email me they send me nothing. I donât care about the cute package they came in send my wife her cookies.The rep I spoke with was nice she canceled my order and she was supposed to send me a coupon to my email I never got which is hilarious to me. Cherylâs is lucky Crmbl cookies are trash because I wouldnât buy anything from your store Luckily my wife is awesome and understands what happened.

I go to Cheryl's bake sales when ever I can. I really love them when they have them at the Fairgrounds. So many choices and such fabulous deals! You don't know what you're missing if you don't come to the sale.
