Came in just for the Tom Kha Gai. For reference, I prefer to make this soup myself at home because so many places in the City do it wrong. I was NOT disappointed. It was legit! The minced chicken lettuce wraps were ok. Good, but not great. A bit sweet. Fried dumplings were very good. I'll definitely come back for the soup, and to try other items.

Food is usually good. Had carry out today, missing items (sauce) that comes with the food I ordered. Pancakes (tortillas) had brown rice stuck all over one side of it when pulled out of the pouch, which is odd. Not sure how that could happen, but a bit pricey with tip for what I received.

First-time trying Chai Thai was on a Saturday night takeout order.
We were all very pleased with our dishes.
Ordering/accuracy: phone ordering was easy and order was accurate.
Meals: based on many great review comments we tried the Pad Thai. It was delicious. Just the right amount of sauce so not dry. The chicken was tender and shrimp was also flavorful. We also tried the Basil Chicken. Very good dish! The sauce was rich and flavorful with the peppers and onions. The chicken was tender and flavorful. I've never tried this dish anywhere else and I'm happy to say the review comments were spot-on! We also had the beef and vegetables which was also well prepared and delicious.
Value: the portion sizes were good and the price was on-par with other Thai restaurants.
Travel: all three meals traveled very well.
I'm very happy to have found this place. Now I don't have to travel all the way to Westerville for good Thai food.

Unprofessional staff but great food. We received unhygienic cutlery and the staff confronted me and my family when we offered a lower tip. Highly advice to order take out and not dine here.
