I was pulled up to wait when I only had one meal in the middle of lunchtime then the car behind me was given their food and the girls who were passing food out all came to the next car to chat. They were ignoring everyone else for 1-2 minutes. I had to get out of my car to ask how long I was going to wait on my food. My food was ready when they checked of course and they gave it to me and I left. I ordered (with receipt) #1 extra pickles…my sandwich had no pickles on it. I had to go back to have my sandwich corrected and while I was at the counter returning my sandwich I overheard the girls in the back working talking about me. I am not impressed whatsoever. Terrible experience.

First time trying their breakfast and it was delicious. I tried the egg white grill muffin with chicken fillet. It was a very tasty and light sandwich. I didn’t feel overly stuffed after eating there not like eating at McDonald’s or Burger King. The food was nice and hot not like McDonald’s or Burger King breakfast where it’s like luke warm to cold.
Chik fil a great breakfast.

The facility closes at 10, and the staff starts cleaning at 9:10, moving tables and using a vacuumed floor cleaner that leaves the floor wet. (No wet floor sign) I’m sure this is done after hours in other locations. The tables were loud while moving, making us feel like we needed to leave. We stayed and ate, and they continued to clean. We couldn’t even hear ourselves talk over the noise. I had to leave out the back entrance since I had leg surgery, and my wife was scared I would fall on the wet floor. The food was perfect as always. I still do a five-star review because this is just an instance that needs a conversation with the staff, and at least it’s clean.

Brand new restaurant right off Interstate 71. The food was standard for CFA (that is, it was good). There is a children's play area, which is not as common as it used to be.

Came to eat some lunch here with my mom and my two babies. A 2 yr old and a 1 yr old. We walked in and its a cute little dining area and very cozy and welcoming. And the new flower center pieces I've noticed now is a nice homey touch. The food was great like always but the staff very friendly.

Extremely slow service. Went to dine in for breakfast before work and it took almost 20 minutes to get my food. Food was okay but the breakfast burritos at Wendy’s next door are better than Chick fil a’s.

Horrible customer service. Just ordered uber eats and received cold fries with chicken strips from this place. No condiments or napkins were included in the bag. I requested for several different sauces and napkins.

Made us wait for over 30 minutes for our food. They did make up for it with 2 free sandwich coupons, but I was disappointed in waiting 30 minutes in the morning.
