It hurts my heart to give chick fil a a bad review. We are regulars, and even went for the grand opening of the new location! We were sooo excited to hear we were finally getting our play place back! But it is clear that this new location is not for the purpose of welcoming people in, and encouraging community, which is something CFA claims to be big on. The new location went down to only 2 registers inside, and minimal seating compared to the previous place. My husband and 2 small kids went there today and didn’t have a place to sit and had to wait for someone to leave first. They sat for 30 minutes waiting on their food, watched the family who was behind them in line get their food and have time to eat and leave before they even received their food. When my husband mentioned it to a worker, he was told “we are just behind” and was brushed off and ignored. Then a while later, someone finally asked him for his name. When they checked on his order, they discovered that the food had been made and was just sitting forgotten. I understand that happens but someone should have checked when he mentioned it, instead of ignoring him. Finally they got their food and played in the play place. The play place is a huge disappointment compared to other CFA locations we’ve been to that have them. They had such a good opportunity with this new location and totally missed the mark. Since I’m home sick, my husband circled back later to get me food to bring home. We hoped The drive thru experience would be better since that seems to be what was prioritized here. It was also a NIGHTMARE. My husband and kids were literally stuck in the drive thru unable to get through because of the way they have it set up with the mobile order line. Not sure why mobile orders need to go through the drive thru. They FINALLY get out and bring the food home. We live very close to this location. The food was literally cold. Not just room temperature. My fries had clearly been sitting in a window for a very long time before being handed out. And some of my order was missing. The last location really lacked on parking, but parking seems to be the ONLY thing improved here. Everything else was made worse. They even downgraded the trash cans, which now sit overfilled and dirty because they barely hold anything. My husband said he never wants to go back, which is really saying something for us. I’m really hoping they figure this out, but not sure how they will now with the new setup.

I loved the Chicken Deluxe sandwich and used to go here regularly. However, since the past few times, the sandwich is not fresh, quality has gone very bad.

Location is always a disaster and condiment station is not usually filled.

Food is usually cold and fries are either cold, brown or two regular fries on top with all the rest tiny little pieces. Sometimes all three.

Managers will just sit there and not do anything

My favorite place to eat! I love the fries with Chick Fil A sauce. Everything is always hot and fresh when I order it. I just wish there were more locations closer to me.

Parking: The space is kind of tight but I’m the type to just go through the drive thru and head home anyways.

Only complaint is that we happend to go when they were not busy.... And sandwich wasn't super hot so it wasn't fresh. Other than that all the kids working were super sweet! And seem like they love their jobs! Kudos!

Bought a small sprite and it tasted like carbonated water with no flavor at all. The sprite in that machine definitely needs to be changed/is old.

I ordered a delivery through their app… the dasher contacted me because someone else picked up my order somehow and they refused to make it. It was my daughter’s birthday dinner and we’re on a budget so taking the loss of 60+ bucks wasn’t an option. They refused to cancel it so I couldn’t reorder through the app and ended up spending 80 on the same order from DoorDash directly to guarantee I would get their dinner. Aka I spent 140 on dinner once the night was over. The only thing the person could tell me over the phone at the store was that she didn’t know what to do and couldn’t cancel it. Wasn’t her fault she didn’t know. Management needs to address this issue. I’ve never left a review before on anything. This was my only option after trying to contact the store and spending an hour in support with someone from another country. All said and done I’m very disappointed. Worked in the restaurant industry my whole life and this isn’t cool. I also have to add that my dasher didn’t deserve to sit there and wait for my food for free. Because he won’t be paid for his time now. Everyone but chic fil a lost money here. They made money

Ordered a meal in the drive thru, the nice team member read it back correctly and even offered a pup cup for our dog which was super nice! Then as I pulled up to where the two car lines merge another team member asked my name and read back the order which was wrong. I corrected the mistakes and she said she had to re-enter the order. I read the order again and turns out I was charged twice. I pulled up to the window to pick up my order and we were very worried about them getting the order correct so we checked the order in the car and turns out our order was still wrong. Really??? They got it wrong 3 times…. I asked the server for help in getting the order fixed and she could have cared less, and told me “we can’t take food back”. Well after being charged $48 ($24 twice) for our 2 meals I was very disappointed their “service” in trying to make it right. So today I stopped by to ask about the double charges and talk with a manager so I decided to give it one more try. Not surprising my order was wrong again. We used to love going to this store, we would go out of our way to order from here vs. the Morse rd. store. Not anymore, after a double charge and two bad experiences I’m done.
