I just gotta say that when I went to the counter with my empty cup to get a refill, the man who took my order waved at me and called me by name. He remembered my name. He then asked me to remind him what I was drinking and apologized for not remembering, saying that he usually remembers what people were drinking. My mind is blown. That's crazy awesome and impressive. All this was in a busy mall too, and the line was overfull when I ordered. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get his name, but I know he was wearing a bluish polo shirt and that his dedication is next level. This guy deserves a raise

Can't tell you how the food was, never got it. 4 people that ordered their food after me got there's. All I ordered was a kids meal. Got a refund and went to Sbarro for pizza...

Since the change in ownership this location has taken a serious downfall. Turnaround times used to never exceed more than 5 minutes for full orders. Now I’m finding myself waiting over 10 minutes for single item foods. I think the old ownerships needs to come back or they need to better train this staff for serving the mall because it is not going well so far

Luv in Chick-fil-a !!! It’s a nice change from McDonald’s, Burger King and Wendy’s. I love the principles and values of Chick-fil-a. The food and service is awesome! The young people who work there are super kind and polite. There is something about these young people … they stand head and shoulders above their peers at other fast food restaurants. I visited the Tuttle Crossing store in Dublin OH … Operator: Brian Siktberg … Nico took my order and Cash delivered it. What a nice young man with an infectious smile !! luv the service I was the last breakfast order, he placed a brownie in my bag ..,, Awwww … Such EXCELLENT SERVICE. See ya latter Micky D’s .. Wendy’s & Burger King … I’m a Chick- fil-a gal now !!

I came in to get my pick up order that they have behind the counter. I stood and waited to be helped. There were three girls at the counter cleaning up a drink spill. They all looked at me as I waited to receive my food and said nothing. They continued to clean up the spill. It doesn’t take three people to clean up a drink spill lol or at least say something. So I proceeded to grab the food myself , reaching behind the counter.

Closed the best Chick Fil A in town on Sancus for this? Fries are hard as a rock, sandwich is weird, and the dr pepper ratio is way off. I've been going to the Chick Fil A on Sancus weekly for years and it's just a bummer. No complaints about the staff, it's the same great staff from the other store. I am mostly just sad about the change and also the food is not right I don't know what they did.

My kids and I stopped there to eat this week and when I went to pay, I realized I accidentally left my wallet in the car because I had just gotten gas. Frazzled, I told the person (who was training someone at the register) that I would be right back and she so kindly told me not to worry about it and took care of our order. I felt a bit uncomfortable with the gracious act of kindness, but was so thankful and will definitely be “passing it on.”

It hurts my heart to give chick fil a a bad review. We are regulars, and even went for the grand opening of the new location! We were sooo excited to hear we were finally getting our play place back! But it is clear that this new location is not for the purpose of welcoming people in, and encouraging community, which is something CFA claims to be big on. The new location went down to only 2 registers inside, and minimal seating compared to the previous place. My husband and 2 small kids went there today and didn’t have a place to sit and had to wait for someone to leave first. They sat for 30 minutes waiting on their food, watched the family who was behind them in line get their food and have time to eat and leave before they even received their food. When my husband mentioned it to a worker, he was told “we are just behind” and was brushed off and ignored. Then a while later, someone finally asked him for his name. When they checked on his order, they discovered that the food had been made and was just sitting forgotten. I understand that happens but someone should have checked when he mentioned it, instead of ignoring him. Finally they got their food and played in the play place. The play place is a huge disappointment compared to other CFA locations we’ve been to that have them. They had such a good opportunity with this new location and totally missed the mark. Since I’m home sick, my husband circled back later to get me food to bring home. We hoped The drive thru experience would be better since that seems to be what was prioritized here. It was also a NIGHTMARE. My husband and kids were literally stuck in the drive thru unable to get through because of the way they have it set up with the mobile order line. Not sure why mobile orders need to go through the drive thru. They FINALLY get out and bring the food home. We live very close to this location. The food was literally cold. Not just room temperature. My fries had clearly been sitting in a window for a very long time before being handed out. And some of my order was missing. The last location really lacked on parking, but parking seems to be the ONLY thing improved here. Everything else was made worse. They even downgraded the trash cans, which now sit overfilled and dirty because they barely hold anything. My husband said he never wants to go back, which is really saying something for us. I’m really hoping they figure this out, but not sure how they will now with the new setup.
