I just gotta say that when I went to the counter with my empty cup to get a refill, the man who took my order waved at me and called me by name. He remembered my name. He then asked me to remind him what I was drinking and apologized for not remembering, saying that he usually remembers what people were drinking. My mind is blown. That's crazy awesome and impressive. All this was in a busy mall too, and the line was overfull when I ordered. Unfortunately, I wasn't able...

My kids and I stopped there to eat this week and when I went to pay, I realized I accidentally left my wallet in the car because I had just gotten gas. Frazzled, I told the person (who was training someone at the register) that I would be right back and she so kindly told me not to worry about it and took care of our order. I felt a bit uncomfortable with the gracious act of kindness, but was so thankful and will definitely be “passing it on.”
