I accidentally pulled into the mobile order lane instead of the regular drive-thru lane. There were no other cars in sight, and two employees were standing nearby with no apparent activity. I politely asked if they could take my order, but they refused, telling me I had to drive all the way back around to enter the correct lane even though there were lane dividers that made it impossible to easily switch. While I understand the importance of keeping lanes organized, I was disappointed that, given the lack of traffic and idle staff, no effort was made to assist or accommodate the situation. It felt inflexible and unnecessarily dismissive, especially from a brand known for its customer service.

Ugh, worst drive thru experience ever. Had I known they actually have people standing in the hot sun, the door freaking open to the outside? I would have gone elsewhere. Never going there again. God help the employees in the winter, this place won't.

I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A location for over 3 years, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best-run establishments I’ve ever visited. The food is always fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered - every single time. But what truly sets this location apart is the consistently exceptional service.

From the front-line team members to the management and ownership, everyone here goes above and beyond to create a welcoming, efficient, and genuinely pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and professional - no matter how busy it gets.

In all the years I’ve been coming here, I’ve never had a single issue with an order or service. That level of consistency speaks volumes about the care and effort put in behind the scenes. Huge kudos to the entire team for setting such a high standard. Keep up the amazing work!

7/11/25: Updating because all workers I have encountered after this experience are very cool and kind 😌😌

7/1/25: I’m not sure what happened today with the workers at this location but this was not like Chick Fil A at all…. I waited for a few minutes and no workers had acknowledged me at all. So I start looking in and they’re laughing and turned away from where customers are. My mobile app had not been working so I assumed they would turn around and try to help me but instead they waited. And they were trying so hard not to look in my direction 😂 they just were playing around and not working and speaking Spanish to each other. So after and while of staring at nothing happening at all I said excuse me and told them what happened. Then I had to pull up and all the cars behind me were able to get their food and go. I had already placed my order but since she didn’t want to acknowledge me they wasted more time than needed. This was horrible and u like chick fil a at all. Management and staff should be changed for this time. They also made me late to work and I knew they would take their time making my order after having me pull up. I order from chick fil a about 3 - 5 times a month so this was really sad and upsetting to deal with. My camera was on for my chick fil a app and everything. And my phone camera worked. The app just didn’t work at the time and I pulled up to get help from the person at the window which clearly was a mistake. The team member says: Maryury.
Anyway they must be new because I used to work at chick fil a and this is definitely not their look. These girls need to go back to McDonald’s…. We have some decorum around here 😊 I waited about 10 minutes (when I pulled up.. nobody was there 🦗) how easy and fast would it have been if when they saw my car pulled up they acted in a Chick Fil A manner?

the lady gave us our food and when we check it , everything was good until , we look at the parfait and it only had a little bit of fruit and we gave it back to her and she started to laugh and she gave back one with barely fruit in it .

It's 9:43 am Mar 4th, 2025 just tried to order lunch thru the drive thru. I travel the country and this is the first chik fil a that wouldn't let me order the lunch #1 during breakfast and just pull me up into a parking spot out of the way. I understand it takes 10-15 I'm willing to wait and I always state that I'm okay with waiting. I was told I have to get down and wait inside and only then I can get it. But wait, I was told I had to wait til 10:15 before they could make the order. Defeated the whole purpose of drive thru if I'm gonna wait 35 mins for my food. 1 star. Didn't buy anything. Won't buy anything now. I don't get breakfast as I work night shift.
