Food and service is typically good however, I do think it’s highly insane to have young workers standing outside in the cold morning when there’s barely any cars in line! She didn’t even have proper gloves to protect herself- I like that they try to give fast service but this can’t be humane…

I had the worst customer service this evening. I ordered through the mobile line. A girl with blond hair with a ponytail threw my food inside my car and did not say a word to me. I proceeded to ask for a dressing and she had the biggest attitude so I pulled over to the front and went in to speak with the manager. He informed me that she just started and that he will talk to her. I'm leaving this review because her attitude was so egregious that something definitely needs to be done!

They messed up the order even though they stood outside of the car and took the order they didn't even get my chocolate milkshake on there or my sister's sandwich we had four sandwiches three of them were exactly alike except one of them had no mayonnaise and one of the sandwiches was missing they were grilled chickens that were supposed to have lettuce tomato and mayo One of them was supposed to have no mayo The other one was supposed to have no tomato and the other two were just regular so we got three of them one with no mayonnaise The other two were lettuce tomato and mayonnaise and the other sandwich was missing I had a mac and cheese on the order and we also had an order of frys missing. Was just a terrible experience I don't have many bad experience at Chick-fil-A

I order a a plan chicken sandwich meal and received a great sandwich and hot fries. Service was fast and friendly. The only problem was I ordered a regular sandwich and received a spicy sandwich. The sandwich was good so no complaints, just thought they should have a heads up to check orders. The sandwich was labeled as a non spicy sandwich, so if someone has food allergies they could be exposed.

It's not okay - you call yourselves Christians? Is it Christianlike to sit in your warm corporate offices while the workers freeze? I'm going to stop eating your food. That's not right. It was a fun, new marketing angle. Get over yourselves.

Just bought a market salad and all of the lettuce was wilted, brown and discolored. I am a regular customer and never had a problem. Too bad they don't have a good system to contact them about it
