the lady gave us our food and when we check it , everything was good until , we look at the parfait and it only had a little bit of fruit and we gave it back to her and she started to laugh and she gave back one with barely fruit in it .

It's 9:43 am Mar 4th, 2025 just tried to order lunch thru the drive thru. I travel the country and this is the first chik fil a that wouldn't let me order the lunch #1 during breakfast and just pull me up into a parking spot out of the way. I understand it takes 10-15 I'm willing to wait and I always state that I'm okay with waiting. I was told I have to get down and wait inside and only then I can get it. But wait, I was told I had to wait til 10:15 before they could make the order. Defeated the whole purpose of drive thru if I'm gonna wait 35 mins for my food. 1 star. Didn't buy anything. Won't buy anything now. I don't get breakfast as I work night shift.

I was missing my 12 piece grilled nuggets. We had two orders of chicken tortilla soup and not enough tortilla for one, even though we specially asked for extras. We were told to pull up while they completed our order. The order wasn't completed.

I’ve noticed the past few times the salads have 1/4 portion size chicken compared to other Chick Fil A locations. I thought it’s a mistake. Today I ordered a 5 piece grilled nugget and received 2 nuggets cut in half!!! Unbelievable! This location is literally ripping people off. In addition, to that I purchased 2 salads they didn’t give me SALAD DRESSING.

Went there for breakfast in the morning normally. Love this place. It's good. Food pulled in no one at the menu. Another side of the drive-thru got their order taken. I didn't and when I kept saying hello they said do you have a mobile order. I inform them I did not. They said you're in the wrong line. There's no sign saying this line's for mobile ordering only and it's dark outside cuz it was before sunrise really bad
