I was first in line yet she began tending to everyone that came in after then I excused myself and notified I was there before them. Then she immediately got rude and apologized to them for me interrupting after I picked up my order. I politely excused myself to notify I was there before the others, and for that rudeness is what I deserve? I thought Chick-fil-A service is supposed to be understanding and kind. Was a black female individual with long blonde braiding.
I work in customer service for years and I do my best to treat everybody kindly and not be selective in my kindness. Otherwise I do like this location I usually have a very fond experience.

So, the rating is specifically for this location, but the rant is for the company. Generally I stop by the Polaris location, which is satisfactory I guess. However, I was on this side a town and figured I’d swing by… clear mistake on my part. Everything from the food to the service was underwhelming. Order a bowl, didn’t receive sauce or silverware.
But really this just speaks to how substandard and disappointing Chick fil’a as a whole has become. It’s basically glorified McDonalds that doesn’t open on Sundays. From now on, I can just spend the extra five minutes to make coffee and myself something from home. It’s not worth continuing to give you all money, besides y’all do a shitty job of scanning rewards nowadays.

I just want to say Emily and Deonte were one of one on the customer service aspect. I ordered my meal and I thought I had ordered a milkshake and it was not added to the order after getting to talk to Emily, she had a great resolution to everything and actually gave me a milkshake for free. I really appreciate her putting the customer first and Deonte doing everything to understand the situation for this reason I will continuously come to this location and want to give a five out of five review to this location and the management team.

I came today to this location on 11/14/25 around 3:30pm cashier Sarah rang me out with my order: I had a coupon. The manager Aaron was so rude. He didn’t let me use my coupon for a spicy chicken sandwich. I spent time filling out a survey and the manager Aaron said to me” the company has no way to redeem the coupon and I could still use it” I thought that was so unprofessional and irrelevant. I’m so sad bc of this. I am never eating here again. This was the worst customer service experience/ chic fil a lied and wasted my time for a receipt survey only to get to this location and get treated horribly.

11.1.25 i placed an order inside establishment &1258pm,I did not check employees name,but he was SO personable and efficient. Quite pleasant! He made my day. That doesn't happen often, so I took the time to say how much I REALLY appreciate it🥰

Employees should know and learn whats on the menu, especially when menu is not displaying all items. The taste and crispiness of the chicken has changed which has made the strips a turn OFF. Mac and cheese has remained consistent

I ordered four meals and NONE of my fries came that are included with the meals. Very disappointing considering people spend their hard earned money. Workers need to pay attention and make sure EVERYTHING is with the order. Not very Chick Fil A of yall.
