I had been wanting to try this place since I heard so many great things. Boy was I disappointed! The workers were very unfriendly and very unhelpful. Most of them just sitting around looking unprofessional. The floor was dirty! The chicken salad was ok but the Mac n cheese was dry and cold. The cookie was the best part which I believe they are Cheryl’s. Definitely won’t be returning!

My fiancé and I ate there today and it was exactly what this pregnant lady needed. Everything was fresh and delicious. We both tried the chicken bacon ranch salad. I had mine as a melt and my fiancé had his as a BLT. Both were delicious. He had a side of fresh fruit that was actually fresh and a good portion. I had the potato soup which I didn’t love but I’m a picky eater so take that with a grain of salt. The pop machine didn’t have the carbonation it needed but wasn’t a big deal. The employees were cleaning up tables quickly. We waited 5 minutes for our food and had a great lunch.

I have been going to CSC for years! This has to be the worst experience ever. Went through the drive thru and didn’t get the right sandwich or side! When I went to take a drink of my sweet tea it was super hot! (So No Ice). I guess it hard to get the small things in life correct! Is Westerville this bad? Or is it just Grandview.

I order from grand view in Columbus two days in a row and didn’t get my chicken salad it’s obvious there not focused there so lost a customer and everyone else I can tell DONT GO TO GRANDVIEW

I can’t speak much to the atmosphere as I’ve only eaten at the establishment once a while ago. Still gave it 5 stars. The food NEVER misses. So good! I haven’t tried all the different types of chicken salad yet, but what I have had, has always been so good. You won’t go wrong.
