Where do I start with this place???? I have several food allergies and I can eat here. That’s my first positive thing. The second is that the food is actually flavorful. I had a wrap today. It’s so rare that I actually get to pick up something and eat it, but I can here! I get a great meal, I feel welcome, and it’s amazing hospitality. I also know that I can come here when y’all are slammed busy and get quick, accurate food, which is a huge blessing. It’s hard to trust some quicker service restaurants and I trust you guys! This place is racist beyond belief. The chesterfield Missouri location specifically. They will make it impossible for you to work there if you're anything but an inexperienced white chick on meth. They overwork their black employees and let anything the white employees do slide. They also get drunk at their catering events. Every time they try to fire their black employees they lie and accuse them of sexual assault, even trying to bully young white girls into accusing them, trying to ruin others lives. Do NOT give them your business. The owner owns this one as well as creve couer and is only concerned about money and not their employees. The people running this location and serving your food are racists and drunk.

My daughter and I went to Chicken Salad Chick this past weekend and had a great experience. We called before we came in and the individual we talked to was super kind and informative. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name but her customer service was on point. When we arrived, everyone one was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The establishment was clean, comfortable and honestly felt like a nice sit down restaurant. The food was so flavorful, and tasty. My daughter is a picky eater, and absolutely loved the food!

The employees in this location are so nice and patient. Every time I come in there is a wait (I never mind). From checking out to the kitchen staff everyone is working diligently to fill orders. However I would like to shout out the sweetest Employee DeShawn. Today we went through the drive-through lane, and he allowed me a place three different orders, which was very kind of him! He was also very patient with us as he took our orders, and he was overall pleasant when we got to the window to make payment. There was a busy rush. There were three cars behind us. Our first orders even got messed up and he made sure to have them fixed immediately. And me and my coworkers love this place and today's experience meet us want to come back every time we work in the office. Thank you, DeShawn. Also we always see him anytime we come in and he is the nicest.

This location recently opened less than a mile from my home and I finally tried it - let me just say, I’m mad at myself for going on a Saturday evening since they are closed on Sunday’s! I got the trio - Dixie chick salad on the sandwich on toasted white. I don’t know how they do it, but the bread was a perfect mix of toasted-ness but still soft. It was also a full sized sandwich. For my second pick, I got a scoop of pimento cheese. It was great on the provided crackers, added to my sandwich and eaten alone off a fork. For my 3rd option I got the grape salad - when I tell you I cannot stop thinking about the grape salad - it was sooo delicious! Giant, perfect grapes in a cream cheese based sauce, topped with brown sugar and some finely chopped nuts. They even threw in a mini frosted sugar cookie (Cheryl’s makes them for them and I cannot resist those either!) I will be back on Monday for more! My trio was like $11 and I thought it was a very good value - I even had a good serving of pimento cheese left for a snack. I also got my husband a cup of the loaded potato soup - no picture of that, but he said it was absolutely delicious, and I thought very reasonably priced at 3.49 (you can also get a cup of soup as a side with any meal for no up-charge). My total take out bill was less than $14Located across the street from the Sheetz in the newer strip, there’s plenty of free parking, THEY HAVE A DRIVE-THRU and there was ample seating inside - don’t sleep on this place for lunch, dinner, takeout or catering!

Chicken salad was good, portion was smaller than expected, had 1 grape, 2 chunks of apple and never found the pecans ... so will order regular chicken salad next time. Chicken tortilla soup was very good.
