3/11/24 6:45 pmWalked into a empty restaurant and was told wait just a second while the red headed teen greeter cleaned a table off, (probably should be done this place has just a few tables of patrons) well she took 10 minutes to not only clean 1 table and entire area but 2 tables and areas (we obviously just needed 1 adult 2 kid?)Just a total attitude the whole time I would have left if I didn't have my family with me ready to eat, train these kids better they will lose you business quick I won't be back.
We came in later in the night and our food and service were both amazing! I wish I remembered our servers name because she was awesome!Kid-friendliness: We had our 6 yr old and 3 yr old with us and the food options were great for them.
We don’t want fried chicken and every one has fried chicken. Chili’s has the BEST grilled chicken. The avocado grilled chicken has a well marinated chicken breast and it’s FULL SIZED, not a small flat piece of chicken. The loaded mashed potato is also REAL not packaged We are getting this at least once a week since finding it.

Our waitress Cathy was seated with a mother and her three teenagers right before us. After my mom and i were seated she greeted the family with a smile and kindly let them know that there was no caffeinated drinks available because their machine was not working. The family (the mother mainly) then continued to complain as if it was our waitresses fault. After receiving their food the family was quiet (for once). When the waitress came to ask if they were ready to pay the mother rudely stated that she had paid online, in which the mother then went to the manager and GM to complain that they did not like Cathy as their waitress. The GM gave them gift cards to "apologize" however, Cathy was an AMAZING waitress and the mother only wanted to find something of nothing to complain about and to get reimbursement for it. I myself am a teenager girl who went out to eat with her mom and i would NEVER treat ANYONE the way that this family treated a person. So, to whoever this mom and her teenage daughters were, I hope you learn to be kind, patient, and respectful to someone who is doing their job and has been NOTHING but nice despite your rudeness. And to the GM who gave them the gift cards, that was all they wanted.

Wait staff attended my and my date's needs with care and precision. Good was high-quality, being visually-appealing, delicious, and well-presented. Management was polite, and everyone present was friendly and polite. I had a very enjoyable Valentine's Day date, and in spite of a somewhat large crowd, the place seemed surprisingly well-staffed. My only concern is that, given the amount of effort very obviously put forth, I hope your staff are paid well and adequately compensated for their excellent work.Dietary restrictions: Staff was able to accommodate my love of mixed drinks and decision to be sober
Was disappointed with our experience here today. Went in for Happy Hour to find out you could only get some drinks (mostly beer) at a reduced price - no food items.Even tho the place was completely empty, we were told that we had to move from our table right by the bar to the actual bar to get the discounts. Not sure if the young guy waiting on us was the bartender or a waiter, but he was not very friendly and used no judgment when asking us senior citizens to move our location. We ended up leaving and going down the street to a real Happy Hour.We like the food here, but very disappointed on this trip.
