Chili's in Columbus

“I wish I could remember our servers name but he did a phenomenal job!! He fixed our order, gave me refills, offered boxes to go with a bag and was overall so accommodating, kind and generous! My son and I will most definitely be back. He really made our experience way more enjoyable. He treated us with such kindness and respect and like he truly cared about our experience. It was really refreshing because it seems thats not always the case when going out to eat now a days. Thank you so much!“

“A friend and I arrived for lunch at 11:20. We sat in a different section where the families sat. It was quiet in our section. A server came out quickly. He was eager to get our order in. My friend needed many minutes to figure out what she wanted. We finally ordered.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, and she ordered the chicken fajitas. We both enjoyed our meals. The waiter kept my drinks replenished. I never ran out of water or diet soda.

After the meal, I checked out the restroom. I was surprised that neither urinal was on the wall. Two toilets were functioning. I would expect this to be a temporary thing. I had never been in a restaurant with missing urinals on the wall. The bathroom was clean.

Chili's is a place for singles, couples, and families. They have enough variety in their menu for varied tastes. It is a good place for small to medium-sized parties.“

“Of your in need of a bite and worried about missing your flight, this is the place. Service is prompt and food is out in no time. They understand their customers and place they are serving. Food is great with almost zero drop off from a main restaurant. Our to go for breakfast lunch and dinner when we are at cmh.“
